Luke was straightforward about the costs, payback, rebates, system capacity and installation options. Did the job when he said he would and managed to meet our requirement to place solar panels out of sight on our west facing roof. Easy to deal with. I like that he is local and if we have any issues we can call on his firm to help resolve them. Not yet fully experienced system operation as not yet in occupancy of our newly build house, but do not anticipate any problems. Happy to recommend.

What a 'welcome' change that a trades person answered my online enquiry. It was about our solar invertor having a red light on it. Luke came to our home the same day he phoned and confirmed after checking the wiring, solar panels and generator that after 10 years we needed a new invertor. He gave a choice of two and came back the same afternoon to fit the new one. It was fitted in no time at all and he left the work area spotless. He explained the workings of it in full and we are very happy customers and so pleased that Luke is on our doorstep, in the Macedon Ranges.

Awesome company who do an awesome job. The management team are fantastic, and the installation crew were superb. Couldn't do enough for me, did a fantastic installation, and left the place clean and tidy when they finished. A great bunch of people who I cannot recommend highly enough, and I couldn't be happier.

Great Company to deal with. Always prompt, excellent quality and answered all my questions. The installers were respectful and very professional. Whenever I sent an email it was replied usually straight away or within a very quick timeframe. From my first inquiry to completion, I have been well informed, educated, assisted with all paperwork and advised whenever there were any updates on installation.Matt gave great advice on system size, Jade confirmed viability, Jane and Brooke assisted with rebate applications. Installation day was professional and efficient, operational by mid afternoon. The team were polite, knowledgeable and very tidy workers, followed all safety protocols and explained information I needed. I can highly recommend MRSP and an extra bonus is that they are local and are only a phone call away if any assistance is required in future.

Contacted Macedon Ranges Solar for a comparative quote and ended up not only saving $$$ on a like for like system, but more importantly we were able to increase the kw based on their technical advice and expertise at no additional cost. All queries were answered technically, and without sales spin, but the install crew were by far the best trades I've dealt with. They were in and out in 2 days, left the place as they found it, and even fixed a roof leak in a vent they discovered whilst installing one of the groups of panels. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
