My experience of yoga with Tash was excellent and I will be back.
I enjoyed the welcoming experience and the yoga poses and the senses of the oil and meditation at the end.

Natasha is a wonderful yoga instructor, I enjoy my weekly class, my busy life stands still for 1 hour, I am so grateful for the lovely space Natasha has created. I leave class feeling rejuvenated and believe I will continue to benefit and practice yoga for the rest of my life.

This was my second time to the River Wellness Retreat . This time I attended the Sunday session and stayed overnight . It was an incredible experience . Everything was amazing . I left with a full heart and tummy haha the food was so nutritious and yummy . I ate like a Queen. Tash is such a beautiful human. The time & effort she puts into her retreats really shows in how beautiful and relaxing the day was . My massage and reading really added to the relaxing day. Words can’t describe how incredibly grateful I am .
