Flat walk along the beach to observe sea birds at point. Walk to the left of the car park when facing water. Start and end at car park near caravan park.

We took this short walk after settling into the Yanakie Caravan Park. The track is level, firm and easy to walk along.

A lot of the track is under shrub canopy without visibility of the beach. When you emerge near Duck Point, you are close to the water.

There is a post to mark the start of the track so you can easily find your way back.

Very pretty spot with toilets,
NO CAMPING/CARAVANS ANYMORE,
which was disappointing, if you like paying Caravan Park right next to the car park...

Nice and quiet beach. 45 min 2.1km return walk though dense vegetation from car park. Muddy beach. No waves. Good for little kids but toilet is at the car park. Too many flies.
