Great place.
I love the river beside the camping ground.

I was sitting in front of the fire in the morning, and 2 Jehovah Witnesses came up and began to talk to me about God and my beliefs. It was extremely strange.

Beautiful camping area next to the beautiful wheeler creek, there's two sites on either side of the road with plenty of space, even over the easter weekend it was very busy but still room for caravans or tents, lovely crowd of people camping there, nice and quiet and drop toilets provided.

Quiet peaceful camp ground so well looked after, bins emptied no rubbish on the ground, campera look after their own sites. Toilets well maintained and a stocked with toilet paper. Bring your own is recomended. Heaps of firewood around. Great place for a quiet retreat. Main road to omeo can get busy with trucks.

Great campground. Toilet clean. Soooo cold camping in May though. 😜

Great place, beautiful camp grounds, clean long drop toilets the creek is good for fly fishing and swiming in the deeper pools. Only water available is from the creek ,no power, take rubbish home with you.

Looks like a very popular place to Free Camp over Easter. Nice grassed areas for tents or vans. Toilets for convenience. Although being Easter it still had room for more. Listening to the Nariel River burbling along was very relaxing.

Town in Australia

Corryong is a small town in Victoria, Australia 120 kilometres east of Albury-Wodonga, near the upper reaches of the Murray River and close to the New South Wales border. At the 2016 census, Corryong had a population of 1,348. The post office opened on 1 February 1874. The town also has its own airport.
