My first time at magic mirrors, it was easy to book an appointment online, friendly & welcoming staff on arrival. Chloe did a great job with my hair, she listened to what I wanted I Will definitely be going back again

Tried contacting them about booking an appointment and regarding their special. Sent a message on Facebook which was seen and not replied to even after waiting a few days. I also rang them with no answer or way to leave a message during opening hours. Would have booked online had there been an option to quote the special or to check it’s availability. Disappointed so took my business to Shepparton
