Bridge Cafe

Was told by a local “they have the best sausage rolls in Australia”
What I wasn’t told is, not only is the food amazing and 100% value for money, but the staff are amazing and the vibe of the place is just comforting and inviting.
Highly recommended stopping here.

Just had a quick stop at the cafe for a coffee and a sandwich. Spot on sandwich, was fresh and well presented. Reason why I thought I’d write a quick review was the service. Clearly a family run business on a Saturday morning. Was all hands on deck for the family mum and dad on cooking and coffees and the kids working hard at the till. Highly recommended great food, hard-working people

I can’t rate the Bridge Cafe high enough. The staff, food and especially the soy cappuccinos are second to none. Food is always fresh, staff are always extremely friendly and welcoming! The home made sausage rolls are amazing!!

Let’s just say that the Bridge Café in Cavendish has the best homemade sausage rolls in the southern Hemisphere yummy giant homemade juicy flakey delicious CWA worthy sausage rolls. No sauce required but hey when in Rome 🙋🏼‍♀😆😆❣

Came here this morning for breakfast after a short morning stroll along the river. Coffee is extremely nice. Agree with other reviewers about the sausage rolls. They are delicious. Staff are also very friendly.

Stopped in for a quick breaky and we’re absolutely blown away by how delish the sausage roll and bacon and egg roll were. Hands down the best sausage roll we have ever eaten in our lives!!!
We are already planning a trip back so we can have another one.
The owners were so lovely and happy to accomodate us and our needs.

Looking for somewhere for a bite to eat we stopped at the Cafe as it looked interesting and what a jam we found. The Cafe is well kept and has a great selection of pies and cakes for a little town Cafe. Ordered the burger and were delighted with the tower of fresh ingredients presented to us. Outside seating is just perfect on a hot afternoon. Judging by the number of locals stopping, this is a secret they are keeping to themselves.

A staff member showed us where to hitch lead asked did we want water and came back with water and home baked dog biscuit. I ordered steak sandwich and hamburgers with the lot and two cappuccino s. I have waited all my life for food as good as both. Outstanding size quality and freshness
Staff exceptional. My biggest regret is that I live 1000 klm away and may never come this way again.Keep it up 7/5

Stopped in as we were passing through on our road trip for a morning coffee. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Coffee and toasted sandwich made fresh. Helped me out as I left to open the door as I had my hands full. Lovely spot to stop.
