Triton Plumbing and Gas

I was looking for a local to help us when our Gas hot water gave up. Tom was out that morning, the job was completed by just after lunch to a very high standard and he even fixed my tab at the same time. He was friendly and very understanding of anxious fur child! I could not recommend Triton more highly from a quality of work, price and customer service.

Our evaporative air conditioner stopped working Sunday after noon.
Both Sunday and Monday (Public holiday) were in the high 30's low 40's which made it very uncomfortable.
On Tuesday morning we rang a number of contractors for assistance.
Triton was the only one that could offer a same day service and a approximate time of arrival of 2pm.
Triton closer to 2pm advised that someone would be there at 2pm
Further their tradesman Tom confirmed that he was on his way.
When Tom arrived I briefed him on what had happened
Tom got on the roof and examined the unit and identified that the motor needed replacing.
Tom then advised me of the situation and that he had identified that he could get a replacement motor and could have the unit working the same day.
Tom went and got the replacement unit and had it installed within 1.5 hours.
As we are a couple in our mid seventies with a number of health issues we very much appreciated the service that Triton and their employee Tom provided to us.
Their service, communication and understanding was
exceptional.

Highly recommend Triton. Harry did an amazing job at my place managed to get a matchbox truck my two year old son put down the stormwater drain causing a blockage. Can do attitude and nothing was too much trouble for him.

As a business owner, the importance of prompt services to keep operations running smoothly is very important. I was impressed with the quick response of these professionals who arrived the same day. We called Triton to repair a drain from the house to the street (which Telstra had managed to break and then hide it). Having done that in a timely manner I asked them to relocate a tap in the front garden. Whilst they were doing that they conducted a pressure test on our water supply. Ours was much too high which was why we had a lot of leaking taps over the years. After fitting a pressure reduction valve we have not had a problem since. My point here is simple. In my experience tradesman by nature are reactive and it then costs a small fortune to fix something in an emergency situation. Triton Plumbing however have proven themselves as positive, polite, punctual and above all proactive. I highly recommend Triton Plumbing and Gas to anyone needing these services.

Needed a new toilet, phoned Triton and next day Harrison came around to quote on the replacement. Offered several options with different costings, I selected one that suited and fitted into my budget. Not long after Andrew and assistant came around to install the new toilet. Looks good, impressed with the speed of the install.

Excellent service from start to finish. Great communication..I rang and left msg, they called back within minutes and was given a time for the same day. They text when on their way which is wonderful. Andrew is friendly, polite and did a great job. Very impressed with Andrew and Triton Plumbing.

I am very impressed with customer service manner of Triton Plumbing and Gas. Andrew answered my call quickly and promptly worked out a time the next day to inspect my leaking toilet and provide a quote. At inspection alternative solutions were provided for me to choose and authorise. To my surprise and gratitude work started straight away to install a new toilet suite with higher seating. Contact with me was pleasant, the work very professional and cleanup was perfect.
I will be using them for future plumbing needs and am happy to provide a general recommendation.

Needed some repairs to my hot water service. Called Triton Plumbing. The booking process was friendly, simple and efficient. Fantastic communication! Text messages to let you know when the plumber was on their way. Harry arrived right on the scheduled time. He was professional, open, honest and clearly explained options to me. He emailed quotes when I asked. A number of phone calls were made throughout the day, always very responsive. Harry and Adam came back later in the afternoon to complete the job. So efficient!

We had a blocked drain on the ground level which flooded our ground floor bathroom, laundry and the hallway. We called Triton and they attended the very same day and found the issue. The block was not within our property, it was on the SA water side. They reported the issue as urgent to SA Water and SA Water fixed it on the very same day. All this at no cost as the issue was not within our home. Very efficient! We definitely recommend them.

Harrison was on time, helpful and happy. He helped solve my problem swiftly and was very friendly with my pug. He left a magnet and flyer with the range of service Triton offer. I’ll certainly be using that magnet on the fridge the next time I have a plumbing or gas issue. Thank you

Very pleased with the results of the work Andrew and Tom did for us. We had a few different things needing to be looked at and fixed, all were done efficiently and quickly. Glad to get rid of the leaking shower finally! Kitchen sink and 3 way tap are a dream!
