I approached to one of this company’s resellers to buy Autumn Crisp grapes to send to overseas, however what i got were not authentic Autumn crisp grapes, they were just Autumn crisp BRAND. It costs me $175 for almost 8kgs of FAKE Autumn Crisp grapes. I used to work closely with all types of fruits, have high attention to details and taste sensitivity , i could recognise how different they are in taste and appearance, how could they misled my family? I reached out to this company for a clarification but Cordoma seems like to ignore their responsibility. I sent them the label sticked on the grape boxes that the reseller sent me to prove the grapes are Autumn crisp, but actually what information i found on the label is that the grape are sugrathirtyfive Variety under Autumn crisp BRAND. This bullsh* only can fool oversea customers but not local ones. I am so disappointed when Cordoma refused to resolve the problem and ignored my email. If they did make mistakes, they should admit it and apologise customers. i only need a truth from them but they didn’t reply my email. SUCH AN UNETHICAL BUSINESS . I am pretty sure Cordoma sales team deceived customers and exchanged the definition of Autumn crisp grapes with Autumn Crisp BRAND in purpose because they think OVERSEA CUSTOMERS ARE STUPID AND ONLY DESERVE CHEAP PRODUCTS WITH HIGH PRICES.
