Criterion Hotel Warwick

The best surf and turf we have ever had. Meat was cooked to perfection and extra delicious calamari and char grilled prawns.
Chips were delicious and my wife had the veggies with hers and said they were amazing! A special thank you to the chef for a wonderful meal!!!

Up from Melbourne travelling thru and stayed 2 nights to see this lovely town.
Went to the Criterion Hotel for dinner on Thursday 28th Dec....the staff were wonderful...so friendly and obliging.
Couldn't fault the meals service or the atmosphere... wonderful

We dined at the restaurant. My 2 year old was being an absolute nightmare. We were early so it was quiet (phew!). The staff were so lovely providing colouring in items for her and being understanding even though it would have been so annoying for them! Luckily she settled before the restaurant filled up. Typical Mum, I ordered the pasta carbonara as to keep one hand free, and it had no business being as good as it was! Truly comparable to my experience in Italy. You made my night! Thank you!

I don’t know how to thank you enough after coming to our rescue when our 7 room 3night accommodation at a Motel in Warwick cancelled our booking with out our knowledge the night before we were to arrive.
You were so professional friendly and accommodating on our request to get 7 rooms for the 3 night. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without your help.
Thanks to you we soon had an amazing weekend at the Jumpers and Jazz.

Last night we had a gathering of 16 people from different locations meet at the Criterion Hotel and everyone complimented on how beautiful the meals were. They were all cooked very well and most of all , every meal came out hot. It was a pleasure to receive beautiful hot food and service from very pleasant staff. The desserts were of the same high standards. Well done.

We had a wonderful roast of the day...pork...for dinner...sat in the garden...outstanding old school pub.

I loved the old history, the rooms have 16 foot ceilings. The staff were very kind and helpful. The food in the restaurant was delicious.

We had a fantastic experience here. We were on a long drive with our two dogs and got to the pub just before dinner service ended. The staff were so helpful and set us up outside so that our dogs could relax on the grass. Dinner came out so quickly, was delicious and great value.

Amazing service. Meals were pretty good. Good value for money. Great staff in the lounge and dining bar. Great atmosphere. If you want a quality feed at a reasonable price with good company, don't waste you time looking around, you don't need to look any further than the Criterion!

Clean and warm room (Nos 19) with fresh sheets and towels. Common Room was very usefull with fridge, kettle, cups and plates, tea and coffee facilities etc with a table and TV. Great meals and friendly Staff.

Stayed in the Princess Suite 👸 just for Business on my own Treated like 👍 a king 🤴 lol!! And Valerie and her Friendly staff are friendly and cater to ones every whim cheers 🍻 regards from stewy Hudson and Family Dalby Queensland xxxx

Massive serving sizes, great value for money. Food was delicious and staff were friendly. Plenty of tables and chairs for dining in.

I didn't eat, I just came to be a drinking buddy to a single mum that doesn't get out much. Pool tables, jukebox, cheap Captain Morgans and a constant undertone of slight danger. Brilliant.

Management offered excellent service. Booked again here for next year's Jumpers & Jazz Festival. An excellent long weekend away with my partner.

Great counter lunch and bar staff so nice and friendly along with engaging conversations.
Rissoles and vegetables was 1 of the best I've had in a long-time.
Don't pass by Warwick and drop in for lunch or dinner

Brilliant old pub. Brilliant history lesson from a very knowledgeable staff member, Valerie and excellent bar/food service and local knowledge from Debbie (Deb). I would highly recommend this pub for a meal and incredibly friendly Aussie hospitality. Well done on a genuine experience.

Worst meal I've ever had, and the entree came out after the main meal and the cook said better late than never. Only reason for the 5 stars is the bar staff were very friendly and I feel sorry for them as they have to put up with the so called cook.

If you love good old pub accommodation The Criterion is definitely worth staying at. We'll be back!!
