We would highly recommend RFS to anyone considering building a new home. RFS was a pleasure to deal with and always promptly replied to any queries or answered any questions we had.

The quality of workmanship and attention to detail was second to none. The trades were also amazing, from joiners, brick layers, plasters, electricians to the painters.

RFS demonstrates exceptional communication and organisational skills. They plan and think ahead of time, always having the next trade organised before required. From drafting our plans to completion of the build, nothing was a hassle for RFS.

What an exceptional company and team to work with. We can not thank Roger, Jaime and the team enough for building our dream home.

Can't believe the service from these guys. It is was scary to make the investment at first, but the guys at RFS were very careful in working to the detail I set out for them. I got more than what I wanted! I am really living in a dream. Thanks RFS!

Great firm to deal with.

One of their so called "projects" caused damage to several houses in Ambleside. it has been almost 2 years, and I am still having to chase them for it to be rectified. All my attempts to contact their representative go unanswered.
I could never imagine how poor quality the rest of their projects are, if this is how they choose to do business.

My daughter had her 1st home built by this lot. Over 12 months still chasing up on getting things fixed. Honestly wouldn't recommend unless you have extra money saved to fix things that should be done right first up.

DO NOT USE ROGER . TAKEN OUR $8500 FOR A DRIVEWAY THAT YOU CANT EVEN GET UP 😞 . SO MANY STORIES TO TELL .

DON'T BUILD WITH RFS PROJECTS long story short if you have any problems Roger will not fix we had 2 leaks in shower and we had to cover the costs
