We were treated like royalty - it felt like we just had a relaxing chat and were treated to a parade of fine wares. Staff were skilled in knowing what would work and had good advice about installation.

Asked Anderson’s to replace our carpet with planking. Brilliant service in store, quoting and laying. Only a week from start to finish. We are repeat customers and wouldn’t recommend any one else.

A massive thank you to Jay for his guidance with the selection of our timber flooring and also Christine and Kaela for their colours advise and assistance in make our whole renovation come together. My new office looks amazing thanks to Andersens. Jody understood the look I wanted to achieve and helped me choose my new timber look flooring, carpet and tiles as well as the paint colours to pull it all together. The installers were great, and the installation was completed with a personal touch. The vertical blinds were installed at the end to complete the look and Scott made the process hassle free.

Over the past 12 months we have been super lucky to deal with the professional team "Andersen's @ Warwick". We have been renovating ourselves and the selection of vinyl floorings, tiles and roller blinds is outstanding. Always happy to allow samples to be taken home for insitu testings. Our two vinyl floors are outstanding. Our "Liquid Lounge" bar choice was chosen for a warm old fashioned feel if a whisky bar and Jay brought out lots of samples for our choice. Our lounge/dining/kitchen choice was influenced by a clean "Scandi" look and again no trouble for us to have samples for a few days We have bathroom tiles purchased and waiting installation.

Andersons Warwick have been absolutely brilliant! We had new carpet laid in many rooms and they also supplied vinyl planks and advice on how I could lay these myself. Their attitude and patience are second to none and it has been a fantastic experience.

21 years later, the quotes may look different but the personal service and advice from the amazing team at Andersens has not changed. We are loving our new carpet and very happy with our decision.

We have just had external blinds installed and could not be happier! They are everything we had hoped for! Terrific service from Tom and Kaela and the guys installing them did a fantastic job. We went away on holidays and come back to what feels like a brand new house!

A big thanks to Mike and the team - the service was fantastic, they were knowledgeable and had a great range of products to choose from. We were also able to take home samples to make choices at home, which was great. Sam did a wonderful job with laying our Optiplanks - he was punctual, clean and tidy and we felt comfortable leaving him to it in our home. We'll be back, guys!

What an awesome team at Andersons Warwick. We had our first interaction while we were building our house. Whenever we wanted to look at more options or make changes the whole team were more than happy to assist. Then not even a year of living in our house there was an accident where we had to replace carpeting and blinds. Kaela and the team made the whole process of getting quotes off to our insurer to getting the new stuff installed. They took the stress out of it and I can not thank them enough. What an amazing job! Shiraah and Sam have changed our lives today!!! Wow- our house is buzzing with a new look carpet and it has been laid PERFECTLY!!! Sam and Shiraah were super approachable and easy to deal with as well as being exceptional craftsmen. We are so pleased with the job and are very pleased to recommend them! It is like they were never here! They cleaned up and vacuumed the area (and even areas of the house that they didn’t carpet).

Recently we needed to upgrade the flooring in our house and after looking at the comprehensive range on offer with Andersens, we chose the Timbre and we could not be more thrilled.

Right from the start we were very impressed with the prompt and attentive customer service, and the detailed information regarding the arrangements pre-installation.
On installation day, the team arrived on time and as thoroughly skilled professionals, the work was carried out in a timely manner, with care and attention to detail.

The new timber flooring throughout kitchen/dining room area is exactly what we wanted (and needed) and it has made such a huge difference visually and in creating a cosy warmth.
