Ironside Industry has gone from strength to strength, and for me I love this gym. The cold fire recovery rooms are a one of a kind for Warwick, and I like my weekly sauna session for recovery and to feel re-juvinated and refreshed. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to join. You will not regret the decision 💯

The experience of the halo therapy has been beneficial with only 2 rounds over 2 weeks so far.
Having asthma it has been extremely worthwhile with climbing mountains the day after and no ventolin use

Would highly recommend not only for asthmatics but relaxation and help with sleep

Always a fantastic experience, great people and great equipment! Also offers other experiences like saunas, an ice bath and a float tank. Have had many saunas and a few ice baths now which helps my body feel much more rejuvenated!! Definitely always a pleasure coming here.

No place better when it comes to health and fitness in Warwick. Diba and the Ironside team are incredible and supportive of your goals as well which makes it an even better place 🙌 If you’re on the fence about choosing a gym this one is the one you won’t regret joining. The best gym I’ve ever been too by far! Top of the line equipment and machines, amazing staff and service. An incredible range of equipment for everybody. The recovery rooms are the cherry on top to my favourite place to be !

Absolutely love Ironside! Diba and the team always makes the experience that much better. They’ve got all rangers of equipment needed, even a cold/hot bath and sauna for sore muscles.

Ironside Industry gym is the best gym I have ever been to. It has the latest equipment. Friendly and helpful staff and a great atmosphere. I highly recommend it for anyone of all ages and fitness levels.
