To drive on the beach you need a permit which can be purchased at the caravan Park in Scotts Head. Huge price increase compared to previously. The local council is making a price grab from locals and visitors. Sigh....a lovely drive along the beach to the point near Nambucca heads. Great spot for a picnic, a bit of fishing or just watching nature and people. Wait for the tides to be out and the drive is simple

One off the nieces beaches on the mid north coast access only by walking from scoots heads or crossing small river from gumma reserve.
