Orara Valley Beef Jerky

I was hesitant in ordering jerky online. I was looking for super hot chilli and there are a few other competitors. I thought what he beck so went for the extreme chilli. After the first packet arrived, I ate it all in one day. Too hot to handle but Best jerky ever hands down! I immediately ordered an extra kilo. I saw the other 1 star review. I have to say I think it’s BS because the jerky comes in a very secure sealed pack of very thick plastic. Please keep up the fantastic work and products!

I first tried this jerky 3 years ago at a distillery in Hunter Valley, hands down best jerky I have ever had. I've tried the hot and spicy and garlic pepper, both have their own great flavours. Price is great per 100g especially when compared to the rubbery "jerky" they sell at the super markets.

So hard to find good jerky and it was only by chance I tried Orara Valley Jerky whilst holidaying at Hunter Valley. Easily the best jerky I’ve ever tasted. I’ve been a repeat customer ever since and now the whole fam is hooked!

Hands down best jerky I’ve ever tasted - spicy, sweet and tender - and not that processed rubbery garbage you’ll find at the supermarket. Buy some now - you’ll be kicking yourself you didn’t do it sooner!

The small packet of jerky I ordered arrived doubled wrapped, looked tampered with and had a greasy lable. I didn't think much of it at the time and gave it to my friend as a gift, who then told me it had holes in the packet and it was full of small ants. I then notified the owner via email as I thought he would appreciate the feedback, in case there may be a pest problem that was unaware of. At the time I was not asking for any refund or replacement, yet the owner was rude and accused me of lying, even though I sent him photos. After explaining to him that my feedback was intended to be constructive, he said "leave it with me". In the course of 12 months since my purchase, and sending numerous emails without any response, I felt it was my responsibility as a consumer to review my experience. I gave him ample oppurtunity to rectify the situtation advising him that I would be forced to give a bad review if I did not get a response. I had no desire to write a bad review, and I was happy to give him the benefit of the doubt that the infestation could have happened in transit. However, he gave me no choice. A disappointing experience.
