Havan's Eco Tourist Retreat

This was one of my most peaceful and tranquil experiences since a long time. Mrs Odum is an excellent host and an even better artist. She’ made us the tastiest Croissants I have ever had. Her property is a Paradise and I would recommend anyone who loves nature to visit it. The adorable dog (Milu) 🐶 adds up so much to the place. Kept my company throughout the 3 days I stayed there. He came for morning walks, came for afternoon strolls and even accompanied me for a swim in the river in a little piece of paradise.

Brigitte and Dale went above and beyond to make our stay just as comforting and relaxing as the serene beautiful surrounding on the retreat. They have truly made this place unique and eye catching with their own touches of art and outstanding dwellings. All strategically placed in areas overlooking the creek all within the forest. Amazing break.

This is a lovely, tranquil place to stay. The room and decorations are really quirky and interesting. The nearby creek is ideal for platypus watching. Dinner was delicious and filling. We'll come back for a longer stay!

What an amazing experience! My partner booked as a surprise little getaway ant it was perfect! The breakfasts were amazing and the lovely lady brought us dinner as well!!

My Partner and i were blown away with the whole experience. What an amazing get away with lovely owners. We were luckily enough to get up early each mornig and see a cheacky baby Platypus and at least 20 Turtles. Creeks and waterwholes are a to do list including Protesters falls up the road.

Our stay at Havan's was absolutely fantastic! Even the poor weather couldn't dampen the experience. The creek could be heard from our room, bubbling away through the rain. Everything was beautifully romantic.

This place is a rainforest paradise, with a gorgeous bubbling creek and private billabong with a family of platypus that we could watch every day. Our host Brigette was also very warm and caring for our week stay. We have since come back and will keep coming back!

A superb location. Wildlife at your doorstep. Platypus sighted everyday. Great hosts. So helpful and kind. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful hosts, comfortable and exotic accommodation in a pristine ecosystem. Highly recommended for recharging the body and soul.

Went here for our honeymoon. Quaint accomadation Absolutely Beautiful space to relax or go for a walk and discover the magnificent babbling creeks winding around the lush country side.
Very lovely couple who run the haven are quite attentive to your needs. Well worth the drive and stay overnight. Very reasonably priced.
