One of my favourite places in Australia. Soany enchanting life to see from Glow Worms in the deep crevasse s of the rocks to Glowing Mushroom sprawled across the banks of the creek! The walk to the falls is beautiful and if you can arrive just before the sun rises you will be amazed. As the sun comes over the Fall's you will be amazed with a beautiful 🌈 followed by birds chirping, frogs croaking & more. Please be respectful and do not swim in the pool at the base of the Fall's as there is a rare frog 🐸 breeding program! Also.stay on the path as there is breeding programs for many wildlife native to thee area. Respect the beauty and nature! Highly recommend a visit!

Best walking track must to visit in the area.
Not too hard and ideally for family and friends.
The wet rocks might slippery so keep your eyes on them before step your feet on.
Stunning view and sight seeing, feel exactly like the sceneries in Jurassic Park without those massive lizards. 😆

Great rainforest walk. Partial board walk then slightly muddy walk for the rest of the way with some slippery rocks. Rainforest is great. Spent around 40 minutes there and back with taking plenty of photos. A few kids climbed around under the Waterfall which looked fun. Should have remembered some bathers. Road in is unsealed in places with some pot holes, but easily avoided.

The most amazing time we had travelling through the Byron Bay hinterland chasing waterfalls and this one did not disappoint, especially that we had had rain over the past few weeks.

An absolutely stunning place to visit and take beautiful photos. Well worth the visit and short hike. I dont recommend this for people in wheelchairs or with any mobility issues as there is no disability access

Beautiful, beautiful place. Short, uneven walk from car park to view falls, but just magnificent rainforest. The whole area was lush, and stunning scenery.

Bumpy and small road but the park was nice.
Under 3kms return ways, need to pack mozzie spray.

This is one of my happy places. A short walk through beautiful rainforest alongside a crystal clear creek that most people can do without much effort.

Protester Falls has been closed for a fairly long time due to a bush fire and a flood. Now it is back open and looking as beautiful as ever.
