During a trip, the driver disrespectfully spoke about another client of the company regarding their sexuality and talked about their personal opinion on how it’s wrong. Regardless of if there was any conflict between the two of them that led the driver to speak this way about the client it was extremely inconsiderate and inappropriate to discuss with someone else using this service, very unfortunate to see from the company and I hope this will change in the future

Got an Aride on Saturday night. Accidentally left my phone in John's car. Finally got a message through to support Sunday Morning. They confirmed the driver has my phone. I gave them my partners number to organise a drop off and gave them my home address where the phone can be returned to. It's been more than 24hrs and the phone has not been returned. I've sent messages through FB Messenger and through the chat on their website. Obviously not 24/7 online support. None of my messages are being answered. I have even tried to book another car and it keeps getting cancelled. Now looking at filing a police report.

Unprofessional and extremely rude. We had the owner drive us home and he was unfriendly and nasty. He was grumpy because he didn’t have reception where he picked us up from so he wasn’t technically getting paid until the service kicked in (not our problem). We were very clear when booking as to the pick up location. He drove extremely slow until his service kicked in and then sped up to the point my mother in law was uncomfortable driving with him. He got extremely agitated when I touched the head of the seats because they were TV’s and it was a very expensive car (he made that very clear). Would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Booked a ride at about midday for a 10pm pickup. Booking went through and the app tells me that the driver is available to come get us. At 10 pm I get a message saying sorry no one is taking your booking... left me completely stuck. So unprofessional to not give me any notice to enable me to sort something else out. Will not be using this service ever again as they are extremely unreliable. Not the first time this has happened either.

Horrible customer service! Short and grumpy on pick up. I turned on the back seat tv and got a rude snappy remark saying “ don’t touch the tv, it’s a private car”. Overall just really an unpleasant driver. Won’t be using again! I’d rather pay more and get a friendly driver.

Uselessness they don't answer the phone

I booked a pre ordered for my mate after gym and it an hour later we never heard anything about the order so we decided to call them like 20 times still no response when the order was pre booked like hours before we needed it and I checked their website and Facebook pages saying it was open so a bit werid I'll say

But in saying that I have been with aride before and I never had an issue with it before it's just lately things have been playing up

Wanted to try a local business rather than using Uber but was sadly disappointed. Used the chat function on their website, received a response several hours later, replied with another question but never heard back from them. If it smells dodgy, it must be dodgy. Will stick with Uber.

Just followed the Toormina driver on Hogbin Drive, he did 75 in a 60 zone when he thought I was going to overtake him, then did 70 in the 80 zone when no one could pass him, did them same at the next 50 zone slowed down to 45 then did 65 through the roundabout when I tried to go around him.

Extremely rude , unprofessional and arrogant. We paid ALOT of money for a service that was totally disappointing.
