I have had my SCP water purifier for ten years. A decade! I am fairly sure I purchased it in 2013 and was just filling it up before and reflecting on how long it has been. There are not many items these days that last so long. It’s also been moved to at least 5 different houses over the years. The ultra slim in shiny black was a good choice! Thank you to Jeff and team for creating such a beautiful and valuable, not to mention environmentally friendly and health conscious product, that stands the test of time.

I ordered my water filter just after the cut-off date for Christmas; however, Jeff contacted me and confirmed that he would ensure it was delivered in time - and it was.
The water filter arrived in perfect condition, as would be expected, given the amount of packaging involved!
The unit looks amazing! I love the teal colour and set up was super easy.
Interestingly, when I first tasted the water, I was shocked at how different it tasted. I have filtered my water for years, but have only used a standard filter, rather than the fluoride filter. So, it took a couple of glasses, to adjust to the new taste.
My daughter describes the water as, "crisp", which is a very appropriate adjective.
I love everything about my water filter and Jeff provides fabulous service.

We’ve owned a southern cross pottery filter for a year now and it’s absolutely amazing. The city we live in you can smell the chlorine anytime you attempt to drink the water or shower, it’s disgusting. Everyone notices the difference in taste drinking from the filter. We take our filter out once a month and give it a clean, I recently purchased a new filter since it was time to swap them out, and I want to show you just how good a job these filters do. As you can see the one on the left is the old one where I’ve run my finger down it. I will admit I was a bit slack and last cleaned this 2 months instead of the monthly clean, although the water filtered through still tastes and smells amazing. Imagine what we would be drinking from our tap water if we didn’t use a southern cross pottery filter?! I can’t recommend them enough, amazing products, amazing quality worth every cent.

Absolutely love our water cooler. It is one of the best things we have purchased. Have had it now for a few years. Being on tank water and under gum trees our water would get a bit funky over summer but now we always have clear cool water to drink. Item was posted and was securely wrapped and arrived in perfect condition. Filters easily replaced when needed too. Highly recommend.

I purchased my first ever Ceramic Water Purifier from Southern Cross Pottery about 15 years ago.

The water purifier is always a talking point when people visit. The purifiers are high quality and really do last a lifetime. With the only item needing to be replaced once a year is the filter. Reminder emails are sent when it is time to replace the filter, which is fantastic ongoing customer service.

I purchased my 2nd ceramic water purifier about a year ago (only due to upgrading / updating to "matchy match" my current decor). My 1st purifier in high demand amongst my friends, who were very happy to take off my hands as it was still in excellent working order.

Orders are always packed securely and are safely delivered.

I only recently contacted Jeff regarding an issue with the tap on my current purifier and he promptly replied and sent me out a new tap with no cost to me within a day.

I have always had great communication, excellent customer service from Southern Cross Pottery and the high quality products is why I am a repeat customer.

Two years ago I purchased a Southern Cross Pottery water filter and it is fantastic. I use it daily for all my drinking water.
The filters only need to be changed every 12 months and are very reasonably priced.
I could not be more pleased with my purchase.

Had issue with tap 🚰 on filter leaking even when closed. Emailed and told them my situation to try and troubleshoot the problem. Recently purchased a water filter in a health food shop. Very satisfied with the quality of the pottery as well as the tap. The water tastes clean. We have found Southern Cross water filters to be superior to similar products on the market, with no significant difference in the price. Definitely recommend the product.
