I'm usually very anxious when it comes to blood tests (squeamish with small veins) but Isabella is hands down the best phlebotomist I've ever had! She was so caring and professional, and you can tell that she is really passionate about her job. She's very calm, patient and thorough and instantly made me feel at ease. I hardly felt the needle and the blood test was over within a few seconds - I couldn't believe it. If you're anxious about having blood taken, I HIGHLY recommend seeing Isabella. She will take very good care of you.

I had a really great experience at this clinic with the phlembotomist Izabella. She was very kind, calm, professional and excellent at her job. I have a phobia/anxiety regarding needles and blood tests. She was accommodating in making me feel comfortable and safe, and she talked me through every step. She supported me emotionally and from a safety perspective when I became light headed and overwhelmed. I've submitted this review as
I wanted there to be a record of her great work. Also I believe that the current Google reviews/ratings are misleading and not at all reflective of the experience I had at this clinic.

Never had an issue when visiting. I am a bit of a sook when it comes to needles and giving blood for tests and the staff always manage to calm me down, find a vein without issues and make me feel comfortable whilst the blood is being taken. They don't rush me out of the room and ensure I am okay prior to leaving. I prefer to go here for that reason.

Efficient and easy. Was in and out within 15 minutes :)

No issues waiting, no issues with time taken, friendly staff and professional as always. Maybe they made changes based on others reviews, but find quite often people think their more important than others and can't be patient

Went with a script for a different pathology clinic after reading on Clinpath's website they accept all scripts. The women who was working made such a fuss when I showed her the script and said "Oh no, absolutely not. No, we do not accept this form here. No way." Not sure why she felt the need to get so defensive and speak so rudely as I was calm the entire time and simply said "No worries, thanks anyway."
Only leaving two stars because despite my experience with the worker, I did get called in quite quickly to be seen.

Unfortunately I'm going to add to the negative reviews. I however don't blame the young lady for my experience. She was alone there and her seniors clearly let her down. I waited over an hour and a half for one simple blood test. Her schedule had been loaded with back to back appointments when she was rostered on alone. I felt for her. She was very friendly and apologetic and I saw no need to take my frustration out on her. If the management happens to read this which I feel they aren't considering how many negative comments there are, improving your customer experience is very necessary at this clinic. I had paperwork from another company but chose this clinic out of convenience. I'll never make this mistake again.

Senior (older) phlebotomist was rude and the encounter was absolutely horrid.

What is the point of having a number system if you allow others to cut in? I waited over an hour for my number to be called only for the nurse to call in someone else (she had arrived later, and was given a number after mine) just because she was standing at the door. When I addressed this, the nurse rudely said 'If you don't want to wait just come back another day', and to 'put the number back'. Never have I encountered such a rude, and dismissive worker - other reviews seem to be in agreement with this. I wish the other phlebotomist was in today - as I have heard good feedback and compliments with her.

I understand you were working alone and it can get stressful, but please don't speak to everyone as if we are below you. Major respect and shoutout to all the other healthcare workers who manage to communicate effectively with their patients despite the volume of work!

The clinic opens at 7am on monfay morning. And the nurse arrived after 8am.
And then it took more than a hour with like 4 patients in front of me.
Absolutely disgraceful.

Horrible. Get there at 11:44pm. Nurse comes out and says she isn't doing anymore because she didn't have a morning break and is going to lunch early.

Terribly long waiting times for bloods. The lady doing it has no customer service skills and presents very rude.

The lady pathologist is so rude! I was sat waiting to have a blood test for 30mins then without making eye contact, she came out and put the closed sign up then went back into the room and closed the door! Will go elsewhere in future.

Long waiting hour 2 centre but only one was working wait time was over 1 hour, hope it will get better

I did ultrasound imaging and once I ask gp to show me the images she funily said their system is very slow. very disappointing

Cant speak for the rest of the establishment, but I had to get 3 blood tests in one day and the lady who does the tests is very rude, no customer service skills at all.

Terrible! They just sit there chat and ignore you sit there for 20mins. No one working at all
