Great customer service

The 2 stars are for the coffee - it was great. However the jam Berliner was days old and broke apart when you try to bite it. It's so dry and hard - would be better as a doorstop than an accompaniment to the lovely coffee. It's not that hard to maintain fresh items and keep customers 🤷

Customer service at register didn't know what was going on. I was told I could scan Qantas frequent flyer at any AMPM, this guy doesn't know if it's working or not he just simply states "we don't do that here". Didn't make eye contact when speaking, rude when speaking.

Would leave zero stars if possible. Tall night guy with curly hair leaves customers standing outside for 20 minutes+ while he's in the toilet. I understand needing a potty break, but that's ridiculous. No apology, not a single word, not even eye contact. Awful awful.

The male worker with the glasses and frizzy hair tried too start a fight with me and threatened me too step outside where there were no cameras. I wouldn’t quite recommend this place as that guy seems crazy and is very incompetent. I admit I did throw a straw at him but it was because he was threatening me and took away the drinks before I even got a chance too pay! He also threatened my partner who didn’t even say or do anything! Lost a sale, lost customers, All because this glasses bloke gave me a false price of the large drink, which the signs says $2 and charged me $3. Please have this person sacked as they are terrible for the company and they threaten people when they disagree. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I was served by a person with long, blue hair who was very stuck up and rude. Absolutely terrible service.
