Yarriabini National Park

Did the Sea to Summit walk with a group of friends, fantastic experience. Started at the sign posted entry point, ended at the lookout. Duration listed on sign is not accurate, we took 4.5 hours to complete. This walk is definitely grade 5/difficult, would not recommended to anyone who doesn't regularly exercise. Plenty of uphill and rugged terrain. The bush is lovely, walked through patches of rainforest as well as dry eucalyptus. Path is well marked and maintained.

Love this forest! Walked for hours along the riverbed. Beautiful red crayfish and some of the best strangler fig covered trees I’ve seen! Come prepared for the little 🦟

Great drive,best with 4wd but normal car with reasonable clearance will be o.k. in the dry.

View from Middle Head south to Grassy Head and Southwest Rocks

A favourite place of mine. Great drive in and out, quiet, peaceful. The Riverside nature walk had been recently upgraded. Great picnic area with free bbq. Be prepared for lots of mossies.

Didn't even know this place existed until this past weekend. What an amazing view overlooking South West Rocks. Went to the top and ate mangoes wth the kids, a wonderful day for some 4x4 driving and some friends biked the whole trail all the way to Scott's Head. If you are in the area, check this view out for sure.

Beautiful view of coastline from Stuarts Point to Hat Head, including upper Macleay mountains. Yarrahappini mountain so worth the view
