Always made the best burgers and staff is lovely and polite . Specially come to this place by leaving other Mac’s behind.

i am a big fan of sausage egg muffins but always like fresh . for me if I order fresh muffins and i am happy to wait patiently for my order patiently . on receiving order if food is fresh that's the best thing for me and the place is 5 star . Gilles plains macca always makes me happy.

6:30 in the morning and I thought I would have to wait a long time to get my breakfast but as it so happens it's your no time at all the staff were happy and helpful which made my day

It is amazing! The service was wonderful, and the staff were amazing! I have been there a LOT of times, and they have not gotten my order wrong once! Absolutely incredible! Best food ever!

Maccas is maccas. The service here was faster and friendlier than other maccas. But like all of them, the food lately has been a letdown.

We went to two other Maccas before we were able to buy icecream.Firstly icecream machine not working. Secondly milkshake machine not working .Finallythird store served us with what we wanted an icecream so the next day we went back to that store and bought breakfast. Wow

Update on previous recent experiences. This store has a long history of excellent service, cleanliness and quality staff. Several experiences made me drop their score to a 2 star rating.
Visited this week, back to their usual high standard, fast service. Clean toilets, good playground. This store has to deal with miscreant teens from a nearby public school, several who were involved in beating a 13 year old up as reported in the media this past week. You would not know from the way they are handled in store. A fine example of good store management. Well done Maccas.
Now the only thing you can do to improve is remove the self service boards and begin serving again from the counter. We still usually go to HJ's as they serve still. Not your nearby competition as the HJ near you is grubby, the staff surly and they can never ever get your order right. Yep we drive to another suburb to buy what we could buy from you because it is so complicated to try and buy something... and then when it goes wrong you need assistance anyway.

Best food better than other McDonalds have been too put in complaints about it BUT nothing done

Lot of negative reviews on here, we go here every day most week days and the service is great, the girls and boys are polite, its fast food people, yeah you may have to wait 2 minutes sometimes but that is fast food business, they do their best, top ratings for this store.

I love the worker Rozhina she is very helpful, makes the best coffees and is overall a very nice person to be around

whoever cooked the meat cooked it to absolute perfection. Really enjoyed my double cheeseburger, Big Mac, Large fries, Mchicken with extra lettuce, Triple cheeseburger, Oreo Mccflurry with extra MnMs, Mcspicy with triple Mayo, quarter pounder, double qaurter pounder, filet o fish, hamburger, and a bbq bacon angus with extra bacon and cheese

This McDonald's is my favourite in the Adelaide region. I often go there for my morning coffee and to read the paper. I have never received a wrong order and I've been pleased with the courtesy and respect shown my the staff and morning manager. I try not to use the drive through as I prefer face to face contact. The grounds are beautiful. The maintenance staff there take great pride in nurturing the beautiful roses and shrubs placed nicely around the building. Today (June 26th, 2017) this McDonald's introduced the first "Uber Delivery" service. This is a pretty big development for McDonald's and shows how this store is leading the pack. The Manager tells me that the Uber drivers will collect the custom paper delivery bags from the counter and take them directly to the customer via a iPhone or Android app. I have included two photos from today, a look inside at the Uber pick up counter, and a view of the exterior flag announcing this big event.

Convenient and consistent food I wish they all served the same amount on their burgers so you don't have to ask for more of what should be on there as advertised 🌝

I came past on the 13/06/19 and i had excellent customer service it was quite a busy night and i was served by Chantelle Patterson and she was very enthusiastic and made my afternoon.

Typical Maccas. Nothing to fault. Friendly staff.
Manager quite enthusiastic in coaching staff.
Saturday/Sunday morning coffees seem to be nicer.

a very dog friendly maccas...staff asked if I wanted a bowl of water for my dogs....very kind gesture....food is always prepared well at this one. Nice outdoor undercover area to sit with the pups

Had an amazing experience, ordered a custom meal and the manager served it really good and also included the cutlery without asking for one, awesome job!

People were lovely food hot No problem in find a car park store tidy except for lazy people who can't put their rubbish in the bin @!!Staff cleaned up fast
