Maluka Park (hip camp)

Had an amazing weekend camping here. The camping grounds are fantastic all neatly mown and set out with plenty of space between campers. The use of the kayaks was an added bonus. Brian and Jeanna are brilliant hosts. They’re always down for a chat and always willing to share their knowledge of the property. I will 100% be back. Highly recommend this place.

Regularly go camping around Imbil but had never stayed at Maluka Park before. Thought we would give it a go this long weekend and had one of the best camping experiences I have ever had. The owners Brian and Jeanna looked after us well. Although no shower facilities located on the property, all other facilities including toilets were immaculate! The highlight of the trip was Kayaking up and down the creek which was all included in the price of the stay. Plenty to do on the property, whether it’s trekking up to the lookout, along the trail or admiring the cattle and horses. $20 for firewood to last you hours upon hours worth of campfires!! Safe to say we know where we are going next camping trip!!

We had an amazing stay on this property! The owners Brian and Jeanna were very friendly and gave us great ideas to explore this region. Maluka Park is kept in pristine condition. Toilets always very clean. The camp sites are like camping on a golf course, so well maintained! Our view of Yabba creek was gorgeous and watching the platypus pop up every now and then was a bonus! Bird life was abundant! Kayaking on the creek was a great experience! We will definitely be back! Thanks goes out to Brian and Jeanna for giving us a relaxing experience!

Great spot. The hosts are very friendly. Capped number of campers, which is great. The sites are spread out and firewood is delivered to your campsite at a great price with a generous load of timber. It was such a great experience, that we have re-booked.
