Excellent prompt service- we needed a call out to get our car starter motor replaced & PK was able to get to us within a few hours, took the car to the workshop & returned it to our home all within less than 24 hours. PK was amazing this past Saturday. I was in a tricky spot regarding the lights on my catering trailer, with 3 events over the weekend. He came onsite and repaired so I could get to my events. Pricing was good, considering it inclued a fair call out fee. Offer me a heaps of advise as to the updating required (older trailer). Heading down this week for new wiring and LED lights. I had several electrical and mechanical issues with my car (Holden Commodore 2014). Up on a mate’s recommendation I took it to PK.

They took time to discuss all the issues up front properly and within an hour I was made aware of all faults they found, fixes required, an estimation of the potential costs and the time it would be ready for pick up.

I thought it was very reasonable pricing considering I had been quoted an extremely higher price elsewhere before for the same issues. I was amazed by their professionalism and quick turnaround times. They delivered what they promised car was ready to be picked up on time.

I requested a test drive before pick up which they happily agreed and came along with me depite them having already tested it. Further I'd like to note the car was handed back to me in a very clean condition after the repairs, there was not even a one grease mark I could find, most importantly the car runs smooth as ever now!

PK & his team provided great service. fixed the AC in the car for me. followed up with me today to ensure the AC was running correctly and assured me if I needed anything further to give them a call. as per normal great service.

Seen PK twice now and he and his team mates have been so helpful. I came in today with failed alternator and even though he was full and busy on a Saturday afternoon they were very helpful and took the time. I can't do my job without my vehicle and he had it ready before 5. Can't thank this team enough and recommend a great local company. Honestly how often can you drop your car off with a major fault and for them them to tackle it straight away on a Saturday. Great friendly business.

Old fashioned customer service is alive and well. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough, if I could give 10 stars I would. From the very first phone call nothing was too much trouble.PK and his team tried to diagnose why my car wouldn’t start and when they couldn’t fix the issue they tried everything they could to get it into Ford which had a two month wait. They kept me informed during the whole process and charged me very little for the work they did. I’d take my car there back in a second and can’t thank them enough. Definitely see you next time. A great experience and highly recommended.
