The staff are polite, courteous & friendly. The technicians are thorough and professional. I still had some issues after my repair, and they dealt with it immediately. The technicians were only happy once the job was 100%. This is now my only service technicians for my vehicles. I have already recommended them to my family. What made me feel safe using them was the fact they are also RAA Approved. Do yourself a favour and check out their website. If they service your vehicle make, use them. You will not regret the decision.

Providing true and honest mechanic (family owned) service for my car. Had issues with my noise coming from my front wheels.

Other mechanics couldn't play pinpoint where the noise is coming from and suggested to replace the whole rack (lack of confidence) and never got back to me.

BPB was able to give their honest opinion to only replace the strut. Whilst saving money, their service was excellent and fair.

Came in with an engine issue that required many hours to fix on top a normal logbook service and coolant container replacement. They did not hesitate to pull my appointment forward a day on short notice and worked through the night to make sure I could have it back by the end of the next day!

Had my clutch broken and I was recommended to BPB AUTO. I went in and asked for help, the owner walked out of the shop looked at it told me what needs to be fixed and said that they can try and squeeze in me because they know that I was in need of emergency help.

I was told that they will try and fit me in next week but to my surprise they manage to fix it within a couple days I am very grateful and thankful 🙏 for to the owner and a team for fixing my vehicle which is my transport to work.

Went in on late Monday 20/06/2022 and they fixed the car on Thursday afternoon 23/06/2022.

I have to give a big Credit to Precision Differential & Gearbox, on Port Road.

I went in and ask the owner if they fix clutches he told me not any more then he referred me the BPB AUTO, very happy with this Recommendation not only did he refer me to the correct person but he was very honest clear and helpful thanks to him that I found a mechanic that can help me when I was in an emergency.

Trustworthy, reliable, reasonably priced and fantastic service. I am from a mechanical background and albeit don't know everything about cars but know enough to know quality workmanship when I see it. Have been dealing with Daniel, Tony and Rosa for quite a few years and am still extremely impressed with their level of service. They really go out of their way to help. Nothing has ever been a problem from free advice to squeezing in emergency jobs when they are busy. Don't hesitate to use and recommend these guys.

We needed to get a Electric Brake controller fitted to help make towing our camper trailer easier and safer. I rang Daniel and told him that time was an issue, as we were only in Adelaide for a short period of time. He was able to fit us in that day and have it ready to go before they closed that night. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The trailer is so much easier to drive now. I highly recommend BPB auto!
