Goodlife Health Clubs Dernancourt

Love the group fitness classes here, specifically the RPM indoor cycling. Best fun - won't stop, can't stop :-)

So excited to have returned to this gym after a 3 year hiatus I elected to take during the Covid pandemic.

I was previously a member for approx 2.5 years and have found all of the group fitness trainers and other members to be super friendly, encouraging and supportive!

I have been welcomed back with open arms to the Dernie fam! ❤💙💚💛💜

It is close and convenient for me.
Lots of parking available.
The staff at the front were polite and friendly.
The instructor, Gina, she was excellent.
Very motivational throughout the class.
I definitely reckon you should come here for a workout.
I went on a casual visit. But it's a good gym to try.
You won't be disappointed.

Great gym
Easy to get a park attached to shopping center. Communal sauna so I can chat with the wife whilst in there. Access to tv on the treadmill so I can walk and watch footy. :)

Been part of this club for many years and I LOVE IT! Nice and local to me, a great range of equipment, awesome classes and lovely staff. I've also been working with a personal trainer who's been really helping me smash my goals!

The members are all so welcoming and the environment at Dernancourt is what has kept me coming back for years.

The Dernacourt gymn is a place where I enjoy recharging myself physically and mentally. Staff are very professional, friendly and very welcoming. The receptionist lady always extends a wonderful smile and a wonderful greeting when seeing us. The environment is wonderful, the equipment are spotless. Also, it is only a 5-10 min drive from my home and very convenient.

Has to be one of the best gyms in Adelaide.
Lots of equipment, and actually a truly surprising number of staff members.

People are friendly and happy, and there are plenty of nice facilities (sauna, steamroom) available.

I mean, they even have hair dryers and straighteners in the female change-room from what I hear. They've thought of everything :)

Gyms are the best gyms ever. Their equipments are heaps better than other gyms and they just keep upgrading their gear all the times. They are not too many in the town but are very spacious wherever they are. Love the vibe.

Love this gym. It doesn’t have the most updated equipment, but everything you need is there. The community vibe at times is great. Some great friendly staff too.

been training here for many years, even though i live 2 minutes away from derrimuts and they are cheaper, i love the facilities if goody dernancourt! highly professional team who make you feel welcome! well done guys!

As far as Gyms go... This one is AWESOME. Spanning 3 levels of awesomeness including spin room and group rooms, free weights not to mention a steam room and sauna.
They even have a creche' so no excuses anymore :P

I love this gym. Management is perfect. All issues are sorted quickly and nicely.
Strongly recommend Becky as a Personal trainer. 👍👍👍

Friendly staff, quiet and clean gym. Not massive, but certainly a regular after work.

Great place for getting into 'getting fit'. A good range of exercising equipment & reasonably priced!

Love that they do Shabaam and Zumba at many of their gyms. Even more classes would be great. Goodlife always has fabulous instructors.
