Beautiful place. Beautiful lavender ice cream and lavender latte. We really enjoyed the visit. Ticket was $20/pp so it was fair. Plenty of space to walk, but it could be very busy sometimes so better to enjoy it in less peak hours or weekdays. Plenty of souvenirs to shop as well.

Went in mid December and the lavender fields were in full bloom, fragrant, lush and gorgeous. The fields stretch as far as the eye can see, can get a nice shot even when attendance was high. Very well maintained farm with great facilities (clean toilets, excellent cafe with lavender themed f&B). Large gift shop with a variety of souvenirs and excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

Visiting Bridestowe Lavender Farm was amazing. It was the highlight of our trip. My mum who is visiting Australia enjoyed the place so much and even had the lavender ice cream. Our whole family was mesmerised by the beauty of the lavender. They were in full bloom when we visited last week and the weather was just perfect. As we got there a bit early, there were only a few people in the farm enjoying the rows of delicate purple flowers. It was by far the best experience I have had in Tasmania.

A beautiful garden located within less than an hour drive from Launceston. We unfortunately came in after harvest season, but the staff had been most welcoming still. Check out their shop for all things lavander, and their ice cream is a must try.

A great view of the surrounding area and the lavender ice-cream is unique and doesn't taste too bad either. There are a lot of bees here so take caution when walking though the area. Also a good idea is to buy tickets beforehand to reduce wait time and congestion into the estate.

Don’t wear white or light coloured shoes.
They’ll get stained red from rich red soil. I ruined my new white shoes and the stains wouldn’t come out - my fault not theirs! But good to have known.

Beautiful fields and views. Lovely friendly staff.
Make sure you go for a tour - very informative.

We went on an incredibly hot day in December. There is little systematisation for managing large crowds. The lines for the canteen went for metres through the shop and beyond in the heat - people melting as they waited for their turn to be served. Upon arrival at the front after 38 minutes it was evident there was only one person who was friendly but sleepily and slowly serving one single customer at a time! In the service industry there are usually 3-4 servers to manage large crowds. These guys need to develop systems to manage this (multi server) and meanwhile maybe offer a small drink or a small cup of ice cream while you wait.

Other than the heat laden sweaty long wait, it was great.

I could eat the lavender ice cream till the cows come home. Scones were fab as well.

Will return.

Such a beautiful and big lavender farm. Not too crowded on the day we went there, and the weather was perfect, so our photos turn out really great! We bought the tickets at the gate and it was no hassle. Do try the lavender ice cream! 😋

Beautiful fields and gardens. The building and Cafe were well cared for. Lavender was just starting to flower as we were about 2 weeks short of the season. So we also was able to enter for free. It has a charge on the peak season of flowering. Ice cream and Anzac biscuit were delicious with the lavender added to it.

This price is magical in December! Love their products too and what best it’s the Lavender Ice cream! In my opinion it’s better than the Lavender farm ice cream in Hokkaido. The staff are very friendly and the place is both relax and magical

We arrived just as they had finished flowering and cutting but it was still an amazing experience, the icecream was to die for and the gift shop is amazing, amazing walking around the plants and finding the "leftovers" from the harvest.

We went in January. Lavender were in full blossom. I recommend to go either in the morning or in the evening because the sun is harsh. Evening and morning is good for Photography. Do not wear new shoes. There’s a lot of that on the floor white shoes get easily dirty. Recommended to go during a weekday so that there is a less crowd. Probably one of the best lender Farms In Tasmania.

One of the best places to visit for a relaxing experience. This is our third time visiting lavender estate and each time the working experience gets better .
It would be good to have extra outdoor tables and chairs with shades for sunny days but there is a big beautiful tree that provides shade.
Staff at the cafe were very friendly and welcomed our pet with treats ..
Lavender ice cream is a must try .💜

We were fortunate to arrive at the farm when the lavender was in full bloom. It was a magical moment. The place was so beautiful and all visitors have a big smile on ther face. Perhaps, this is a "must see" place in Tasmania but do go when the lavender is blooming.

Fantastic for pictures. Over 650,000 plants of lavender bloom every year. Best to check if the flowers are in bloom prior to visiting. Nice cafe. Plenty of parking available. Lots of bees are around when you visit during peak blooming season. The bees buzzing when listened carefully is like a tune in itself

During our January visit to this splendid lavender farm in Tasmania, we were greeted by an enchanting scene of fully bloomed lavender fields. The moment we entered, the air was infused with the soothing aroma of lavender, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere.

What stood out was the personalized farm tour, an experience I highly recommend booking. This tour not only offered a closer look at the vibrant fields but also provided insights into the meticulous process of drying flowers and the workings of their distillery. It was an educational and fascinating journey through the life cycle of lavender.

A highlight of our visit was the unique lavender ice cream. Its delicate flavor is a must-try, perfectly encapsulating the essence of the farm.

Moreover, the farm is home to some delightful wildlife, including Guineafowls and wallabies. Seeing these creatures in their natural habitat added an extra layer of charm to our visit.

In conclusion, this lavender farm is a gem in Tasmania, offering a sensory feast and a deep connection with nature. It's an experience not to be missed for anyone visiting the region.

Went in the offseason so the fields were barren, but the cafe had a great selection! Latte was amazing and the desserts were tasty. Recommend stopping by for good vibes.

We were booked in for a picnic under the oak package. The staff were beyond excellent with their service and the food was absolutely amazing. Unforgettable experience and would recommend the Bridestowe Lavender fields to anyone visiting Tas.

Only issue we had was entry to the estate was slow due to the volume of people, so if you have a booking aim to arrive 20min early

Didn't think I would enjoy this place as much as my partner, but it is indeed beautiful and perfect for photos. Must try lavender ice cream, it's very subtle, not too sweet or overwhelming. If missed out on the ice cream, this can be purchased from Stanley, The Nut shop. Entry tickets can be purchased from the gate directly, drone free until after 5pm (business shut). We arrived just before 5pm and didn't end up purchasing any tickets 😍
