Koko Black - Adelaide

The hot chocolate is so heaven, I think the chili flavor is obvious but not too spicy, I think it’s mild spicy 🌶 which is very friendly. The ice chocolate is heavenly, if you ordered a mocha there will be vanilla ice cream 🍦 in it, overall I prefer the hot chocolate more, I think the orange 🍊 flavor taste better although I didn’t took a photo because I took a few sips🌚

Have been going here for years and always has the best quality chocolate with original flavour combinations. Rebecca was a massive help with my Easter shopping, super patient and understanding despite the holiday season pressure, just amazing. Always a fan of the leather wood honey chocolate and the milk rocky road shards.

Such an amazing destination for coffee, chocolates and more! The taste was delicious! Situated in the Adelaide Arcade, with outdoor and indoor sitting available as well as upstairs, where you can enjoy the view. I couldn’t even tell I was in the busy environment cause it felt so calm. Such an amazing customer service, although we waited a while to be served, we really enjoyed. I will visit again and again. The price were reasonable. I bought a takeaway for home too. Thank you again for the amazing customer service!

The Belgian mocha is especially tasteful here!! Highly recommended!!

Today I visited Koko Black and was blown away by the exceptional customer experience by Tahlia. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and enthusiasm. She was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome right away.

I ordered their Belgian hot choclate and it was super cozy and the best one I have tried so far in Adelaide. It wasn't sweet, it was just perfect and service was pretty quick. Also loved their choclate theme. The ambiance makes you feel like you're part of a choclatw world.

Nice place to stop for a coffee and cake while shopping in the City. On the corner of historic Adelaide Arcade and Rundle Mall, it has a lovely outlook to watch the world go by. Great place for chocolate lover's too.

Went for take away hot chocolate and tasted their milk chocolate covered almonds. Maybe it’s the diet I’m on but hallelujah! I ended up buying three packets of their chocolate. As far as the hot chocolates go, the hubby didn’t think the hazelnut hot chocolate was hazelnut enough and didn’t think he could taste it. I could taste it fine like eating Nutella. My chilli hot chocolate had a perfect burn. My son had straight hot chocolate. He decided it was too much chocolate (if there is a thing). We chose medium take away and small would have been better as by the end of mine I was wishing for milk to dilute it. Overall definitely recommend trying, their dessert looked like heaven.

The second time dining here and both times were great experiences. On this particular occasion, the service was very friendly and there is nothing to fault with the drinks ordered. The only negative was my friend did not receive her cookie she ordered, but this was resolved easily. The store has a lot of space for dining indoors, outdoors and even lots of space upstairs which I prefer since it is a more relaxing setting. Even though chocolates and desserts are their specialty, I like how they have savory menu options too.

This place is special. The location is in the heart of the CBD, the corner of the Adelaide arcade. The decor, the atmosphere and the items are nicely crafted. Lovely coffees and of course, chocolates. The chocolates are divine and to die for. The price is higher than other places but it is worth it. If you love chocolate and coffee, here you go!
Just a tiny point that they should take care of the chairs and single couches that look torn and dated.

Chocolates are fantastic- I will be back again, I hope the other reviews understand what truly being under-employed is like in the hospitality industry. They need to take more care before they pass judgement on the staff.

Their Easter range is a treat ! And after recovering some as a gift I can’t wait to see what they produce next.

Good gluten free chocolate is so hard to find. It’s so nice to have very knowledgeable staff.

Devine coffee and chocolates! First time here as the queue for coffee across the mall was huge and we were not disappointed. Top-quality chocolates and well-made coffees made this a delectable morning tea experience. Pleasant and helpful staff, fast service, highly recommended.

I am a chocolate person. Hot Chocolate is my everyday's life. Koko Black Hot Chocs is really my cup of tea. This is the extraordinary hot chocs in the heart of Adelaide. I never refuse whenever someone asking me to go here.

Be it a Hot Chocolate, Iced chocolate or a coffee I have always been happy. But the thing that brings me back is the quality of service I have received has been exceptional for Adelaide. Friendly out going and informative on the products they sell.

One of the best places if not the best to get some real beautiful chocolates.
