We had a seamless purchasing experience, with very friendly staff. The ring we chose was adjusted slightly for proper fit and was ready for us to pick up in just two days. The ring was a really lovely design and very elegant. I spent a lot of time looking at nearly every Adelaide jewellers' web site but was always drawn back to G W Cox, for the design, quality and value for money. The designer used an Australian sapphire in the setting, another plus for us. My partner is very happy with the result and we have no hesitation in recommending G W Cox to anyone wanting to buy quality jewellery.

I have been looking at Seiko Astron watches for a while. I was travelling to Adelaide for an appointment in the city centre and phoned them on what was available and pricing. Had a great range of these top end watches and the one I liked was in stock and 30 % off. Arrived in store and the Staff were friendly and attentive. A very nice lady took me through the whole range and had great product knowledge. It was hard to pick which one but after a while I had my dream watch. Fitting carried out and invoice emailed to me as well as watch registration with Seiko for Warranty and future servicing. Loving my new watch and the G.W. Cox experience.
