I went in looking for a particular silver necklace. They didn't have exactly what i wanted in stock, but the ladies - Virginia and Mary - took the time to work out exactly what I was after, and order it in. When the item arrived, they again went out of their way to make some adjustments and get the necklace perfect for me. The best service I've experienced in any store for a long time!

Came tonight 2/8 at 5.30 hoping to purchase 2 presents. You were not open when your hours said you were open until 7.
Very disappointed spent my $200 somewhere else

Bought a $130 bracelet as a gift. The the clasp broke off within 24 hours. Wanted a refund since it clearly is not reliable. They refused to refund it and forced me to buy another product instead. I did not push for my rights, but in retrospect I should have called the ombudsman. It was not of merchantable quality for the price paid.
