General store that’s a perfect rest spot if you’re driving through the town.

If you’re staying for a while make sure to hire out the sand boards and explore the dunes, it’s great fun!

The store itself carries a good stock of essential items and the new owner is lovely.

Lovely lady owner, very friendly. Hiring sandboards on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday from 7am $5/hour with wax. The boards were in good used condition. Highly recommend.

We stopped here pick up some sand boards we hired. The staff were friendly and helpful and gave us all the directions we needed to get to the sand dunes. Thanks for making our trip to Lancelin stress free!

We rented our sandboards from here before heading to the sand dunes. Darren was friendly and briefed us on the different boards available. He also gave clear instructions on waxing the sandboard with the wax stick provided and getting into the sand dunes.

Unfortunately, after having fun sandboarding, we accidentally drove the car slightly off course from the gravel parking area and it got stuck in the sand. The tow number provided at the entrance was incorrect as the lady over the line said she doesn't do towing. Out of desperation, we called Darren when it was almost the shop's closing hour and he went the extra mile to get us on his vehicle. We greatly appreciate his effort even though another kind soul came by and taught us how to get out of the mess while Darren was on the way.

This is the place to go to get your Sandboards for the sand dunes. They have a large selection of boards for everyone and nice prices. Best of all the customer service is second to none. I actually had to reschedule my rental and tour at the last minute and they were very accommodating. I’m glad I rented from these guys. Great little store with everything you could need. And of course the owner Darren is awesome! Thanks again for the Lift! I’ll be back to Lancelin sooner than later and will make sure we rent our boards from you! Cheers!

Great service, Darren is always so helpful and friendly. Awesome store with everything you need for a visit to this chilled, little town.

The best pie I have ever had. These guys are awesome, so welcome and engaging with the best beef brisket pie you will ever eat. If you are heading the Lancelin, drive straight past the bakery and head over the this place, the extra 500m will change your world. I would post a photo however the pie didn’t stand a chance!

True to the store name, they definitely do like to have a chat! The owner was very friendly and accommodating with our request to hire sandboards. He even made arrangements for us to return the boards after the 5pm closing time, as we wouldn't be able to get back from the dunes before the store closed. The sandboarding itself was great fun, although prepare to get very sandy and have a shower afterwards!

We were passing by and they helped us a lot. They have boards to hire for the sand dunes at only $10 for 2 hours. Heaps of local info and delivered with a smile.

In town for the weekend, amazing people and great customer service. Shops stocked up with a variety of foods and meats, had a great breakfast because of it. Appreciate your service.

Wonderful, old school style corner shop with all the necessities, plus amazingly tasty home made sausage rolls! Wonderful friendly staff as well. A landmark.

Great fir all you need. Butcher, home made pies and sausage rolls, fesh fruit plates.
Staff are second to none.

Freindly staff, best fresh veggies in town, Darren's Bucher shop has a great range of meat, the sauages are great, bv est I've tasted, highly recommended

Possibly the best genral store I've had the pleasure of visiting the service was second to none the feedback I got regarding the local attractions and good fishing spots that actually paid off was brilliant . And to top it all off they trew in a free lighter well worth a visit even if its just for a chat 🤙🤙

You can hire your Sand board from this place. Gentleman who runs this shop is really well customer service focused.
