What a fantastic shopping experience. Staff were seriously impressive. However, when I requested a personal fitting of the Tradies undies, they declined. The ammont of product was also more than was expected. A1

This is like a superstore! Massive variety, large off street parking. Friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent hardware supply everything you need for all those jobs at home. Reasonable prices too. Nice healthy plant selection. Huge array of gift ideas too. Friendly helpful staff. Parking area is very tight and small, only let down.

Had an issue with a Kings product bought from another Mitre 10. The Manager was extremely helpful and offered to help. The warranty issue was resolved on the same day, which was greatly appreciated as we are traveling and couldn’t get back to the original store.
Can’t praise her and the store enough, thank you so much.

Not only did I find Josh very helpful but was acknowledged by Michael- who had been out installing the kitchens they sell- plus Sherrie- hope I spelt the name correctly- and Karen
All so willing and helpful and enthusiastic, particularly about the Hugh new addition .
Once up and running I can see it will cater for nearly all my needs .

Love the new look, and much more variety. They are catering for a wider range of products, making it easier to shop local for your needs. 10/10
