Fantastic. Undoubtedly the best service I have ever experienced. From the time you walk in you until you walk out everything is conducted in a very professional but relaxing manner. The "computer expert", with whom I dealt, was an obvious expert who solved my problems with ease and also answered any questions in a manner that I could easily understand. I am a lot wiser after the event.
If you have a problem, a visit to the Waroona Community Resource Centre is strongly recommended.
