It's not just Simon and Bec that were incredible to work with. It wouldn't be fair if I didn't mention Jules who actually handled most of the communication and liaising. Couldn't be happier with the process of purchasing, communication was direct and straight forward which was helpful every step of the way.

I must also note here Simon's team, Dave and Sarah who I have also inspected a number of their listings - fantastic people and beautiful houses as well!

Amanda Klaver and her team have done an excellent job renting our apartment. They are professional, organized and communicate extremely well. We particularly appreciate their approach to (realistically) setting rental rates and evaluating potential tenants.

Tanner Real Estate were our agents during a tenancy. They were professional, understanding and responsive. The entire team was beyond helpful when issues arose (plenty due to an older home) and went above and beyond with assistance - including out of hours. (A water main burst on the street on New Year’s Eve!)

Amanda as our primary contact was exemplary in her friendliness and understanding (I had twins during our tenancy!) and was always on the ball with chasing expenses for both landlord and tenant but was never rude and always kind but firm.

Stuart at Tanner RE was THE most welcoming Property Manager we worked with in our quest to relocate interstate to Adelaide from Melbourne.
