It was a great experience selling my LV bag at Votre Luxe. Saving me trouble dealing with buyers. The staffs were professional setting up my contract and checking on my bag. The price setting was reasonable. It took about 3-4 months had my bag sold. I received and email and few days after the payment transferred to my account. That’s how easy with the procedure. Will visit the store again.

Have searched so long for a business like , these guys , I buy all my wife’s brands here .
Always professional, communication is outstanding, highly recommended.
Deliver is quick and delivered un damaged.

The owner is lovely, I dropped 5 bags off without realising the process to consign and I was treated so nicely and given a lot of assistance to consign my bags. I also got to try on a few bags, and the owner was really patient with me and we had a great chat. All the bags are all in pristine condition as they only accept the best. You will find a range of beautiful and unique bags and accessories here. I was lucky to walk away with a lovely Chanel Gabrielle Hobo, and hope to buy a Chanel WOC next week. Just really appreciative of my experience at Votre Luxe, one for having the option to buy preloved luxury in Adelaide, two kind service, three the experience I had buying my first Chanel.

I purchased several Luxury items from the shop, Karly ( sorry not sure if spelling is correct ) has been wonderful staff and lovely to chat with.

I have 2 daughters and I love to spoil them with branded but affordable jewellery.
I googled this site and found and got what I want for my girls.
I did look so daggy when I went to that shop and picked up my orders but staff we're friendly.

My mum and I went to votreluxe just to have a look and ended up buying something then came back an hour later with others as I wanted to show them the beautiful shop. What an absolutely beautiful business the staff are what make the shop so very special. I purchased a gorgeous pair of J'Dior kitten heels that were in stunning condition. I purchased the heels online and greeting by friendly staff when I picked up the shoes a few days later in store. Too easy, almost dangerous!

I bought two bags straight away for first time purchase with them. It went well and I got them in few days after. Transition went smoothly and they answer all my questions.
