A hidden gem. The history of the vineyard was very interesting and told well by our hostess. We really enjoyed the wines ,couldn't go past the "Sparkling Doctor" but all were great. We enjoyed the intimate setting and warm fire ,as did our dog.

Would recommend. Beautiful setting and the family and site have a really interesting history. Extremely welcoming and good value wine. If you're visiting Barossa, worth heading here as well as the bigger cellar doors. Recommend the Riesling

Fantastic botique winery. The Cellar door attendant was wonderful and the wines were all beautiful. Could'nt have been happier with our visit :) We purchased two bottles of the Bonecutter Shiraz as the quality greatly surpassed our expectations, I have tried many Barossa Shriaz more than twice the price that couldn't compare.

Definitely recommend! Willows is a small but excellent estate winery. Alison’s personality was as lovely and bubbly as the sparkling Shiraz (which we purchased two bottles of). The bonesetter was also a favourite of ours.

Had a great experience at this winery, we sampled some fantastic wines that were reasonably priced. We settled on purchasing 2019 cabaret and a sparkling red.(new to us)
The knockout was the Bonesetter Shiraz.
The following day while walking on the road we had a pleasant conversation with the winery owner who was taking a break from mowing grass between the vine rows, pretty cool.

Such an interesting winery, the history of the hospital and the Dr. Of course the Doctor was the highlight to taste. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We we will be back.

Has to be the most under-rated winery in Australia. Lovely spot and they keep putting out good to excellent wines year after year. Bought some more recently and they were better than ever. Prices are very competitive for the level of quality.

8 generations of doctors culminate in 2 generations of wine makers passionate about healing ailments of a more spiritual nature. For their Riesling to have won best of show despite being predominantly known for their reds should be a testiment to their uncanny instinct for the craft. Amazing. Easily best winery on our itinerary.

Barossa & light cab service rate The Willows Vineyard 5 out of 5 stars, and we love this winery, because it is a small cellar door, which is what our customers want a lot of the time. The wines are very good, and the service isoutstanding. Be sure to drop in here the next time you are in the Barossa.

Fantastic setting, friendly service, there is just something special about the friendly atmosphere you experience talking to a couple like Peter and Tracy with a passion for their wines and such a interesting history associated with the property. Thanks Tony.

Fantastic family owned winery with knowledgeable staff. In my humble opinion, their Bonesetter is the best Shiraz in the Barossa.

If you want a relaxing wine with a really good Barossa chat this is your place. Can not fault their reds or whites. Bliss in all ways and the history is mesmerising

Good wine and good view.
Be honest, vineyard in Adelaide has a better scene then those in Hunter valley and Margaret River
