Dogs came back very happy. Lauren really cares for dogs. Will definitely use these kennels again.

Dogs aren't just left in a run if their friendly they get to play with other dogs and they don't just get generic food their daily menu is catered for.

Very happy to leave our little dog with Lorraine. He always seems happy and well looked after when we pick him up.

Will never recommend this kennel to any staffy owner. Mine came home with a lot of trauma that showed she wasn't cared or even fed properly for two weeks. If you have a staffy, this is a must not go place. The lady who runs this kennel has a lot of misconception about staffies which is surprising given the amount of experience she has in running the kennel and being with the dogs. Just to reiterate will not recommend this kennel to anyone who has staffy.

Has no knowledge on dog breeds whatsoever. A very condescending and rude person who doesn't know how to handle different dogs and straight up refuses to handle staffies. Was rude and condescending refusing to trim the nails of my dogs who have the most beautiful temperament in the world. They believe these dogs are banned, obviously living in the 13th century. Words cannot describe how I was treated by this person and this is a warning to never leave your dogs in the hands of this person because you know they will not be looked after properly. This person is no true dog handler!! True stupidity shown throughout this entire business
