I recently had an appointment at New Gisborne Dental for myself and my girls. The team was so lovely and attentive to our needs.

My girls who usually are not fans of dentist, was so comfortable with Dr Elly who was great with them. Myself, who personally doesn’t like a tooth clean had the most gentle experience with Oral Hygienist Tia that it felt relaxing!

Such a lovely dental practice.

I had a wonderful experience at New Gisborne Dental House. Grace the dental hygienist was very knowledgeable & very caring throughout my visit. Honestly, it was the best clean I have ever had, & it was totally pain free. I also had two crowns & a filling completed by Dr. Lyle on the same day. Similarly, his knowledge & genuine kindness displayed was amazing. The person-centred care delivered by both Grace & Dr. Lyle was respectful, professional & importantly, supportive. I truly felt empowered to make an informed decision about my dental plan moving forward. I highly recommend New Gisborne Dental House.

I cannot express how appreciative and grateful I am for the gentle care I received from Elly (Dr). I had not visited a dentist for many years and it was a huge step for me to make an appointment. The front desk staff are all friendly, courteous and professional. The nurses are kind and gentle which helped immensely. Thank you so much Elly for making a huge difference in my life going forward. Lastly, the cost of the treatment I received, I considered to be very reasonable.

My first visit to New Gisborne Dental House was a great experience! The whole team were super friendly from the moment I stepped in the door. Dr Elly and Dental Hygienist Grace were both great and made me feel very comfortable and informed throughout my appointment. They even put Netflix on while I had my clean and root canal! Which was a great distraction as I am normally quite nervous at the dentist.

I recently visited Dr Lyle, the dentist at New Gisborne Dental House and had a fantastic experience. The team were exceptionally kind and knowledgeable, making me feel at ease throughout the entire visit. The use of advanced technology was impressive, ensuring a thorough and efficient examination. They were incredibly accommodating with appointment times, which made scheduling hassle-free.

What sets this practice apart is its family-friendly atmosphere. The team goes above and beyond to create a welcoming environment, and the presence of Charlie, the friendly dog, adds a delightful touch. I highly recommend this dentist for anyone seeking top-notch care in a warm and inviting setting.

I don’t typically write reviews, but the service from Rowena and Lyle has been exceptional. I have never experienced “onsite while you wait crown milling” and I had it done 4 times with New Gisborne Dental House. The last one by Lyle was a crown on an old implant which everyone else thought would be impossible. Lyle was professional and it was a pleasure to deal with him - he managed the impossible. I would highly recommend this practice and all their practitioners - state of the art equipment and amazing people.

This was the most delightful dental experience I have ever had. Delight and dentist aren’t normally words I would use in a sentence, but this is how impressive they are. If you want supportive and friendly dental care in a super clean modern environment with people who take pride in their work, this is it. Ive waited my whole life to find this place. Best practise in the Macedon Ranges, perhaps the world. You’re worth it. Invest in your dental health.

I had a great experience with Dr Rowena – she provided a gentle, pain free experience whilst being thorough and attentive. She also stepped me through each part of my procedure, helping put me at ease!

They were really patient with me and everything was explained step-by-step.

I was given a quote before I proceeded with two crowns and two root canals, and the cost was significantly less than my last dentist🦷.

I’ve been going to Dr.Elle Huang for many years and not only she is exceptional at her job but she makes you feel very relaxed and makes sure to explain every step during the procedures. My dentist Alex was super friendly and a real pro. My filling was quick and painless. All of the staff were very warm and welcoming. Will definitely be coming back.
