Amazing service, knowledgeble staff across a range of needs. Charming people who are willing to help. Don't believe the low 'reviews' ... they clearly haven't even been in the store!

Absolutely incredible customer service. I accidentally gave the pharmacist an incorrect script and she could not have been more accommodating! So incredibly thankful.

Everyone is always soooo nice at this chemist, it's really lovely to have in this day and age. And a bonus that it is so close to the shops, great place all round.

Convenience at hand

That is now the 3rd time in a row the pharmacist has opened up past the opening time of the store. No matter what day it is they are always late putting more pressure on the staff who cop all the disgruntled customers.
You open at 9:00am be there by at least 8:45am so the staff can actually open up without all the pressure.

Terrible chemist, poor customer service. They never have the drugs I need repeats of every month in stock, despite me only going to them and no other chemist (because it is near where I shop for groceries). I've now decided that I will not be returning after I waited 15 minutes for my scripts to be filled only to be told their EFTPOS machines aren't working (something they knew about all day!) I asked them why they didn't inform me at the start as they have now taken up a lot of my lunch break to which they replied "can't you just go get some cash out". AVOID THIS CHEMIST.
