Modesc Timboon

Modesc was the perfect place to getaway and have some quiet downtime, whilst having everything you could need either in the house or walking distance from the property. Loved the decor and there’s a lovely outdoor area including a deck and a fire pit. Anya and Shaun were wonderful hosts and ensured we had a very comfortable stay. Would definitely go again!

Anya & Shaun place was stunning. Such a relaxing vista with native birds to feed. The bed was super comfy. The second bedroom had two really big beds as well which kept the kids happy. Location in town is brilliant it's close walking distance to the shops, pool, pub and ice creamery. Very relaxing place :)

A lovely place to stay when we needed a retreat. Timboon is a nice, quiet place to stay, but Modesc adds the luxury, surroundings and facilities to enjoy the trip to the full. Located in town, but nicely set apart from other houses. Walking distance to nature and the local shops.
I've already recommended it to others.

The house is stunning and spacious and Timboon is a beautiful little town. The information left in the house on what to do complemented the detailed summary on Airbnb as we booked.

Our small family discovered Modesc Timboon and the cute little town of Timboon last Christmas. What a delight. The house was beautifully furnished and comfortable. The garden and local birds a joy. Black cockatoos and wrens to enjoy.
The town is quaint with a great deli, ice cream shop, swimming pool and a distillery. What more could you want from a holiday. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at Modesc house. It was very clean and comfortable. We loved hanging outside on the deck in the sun during the day and by the fire at night. The house is in a good location too close to the pool and shops. We had a great time in Timboon lots of great food to eat in the area!

Modesc provides stylish, comfortable and compact accommodation in a perfect location where you can easily walk to all the attractions in Timboon. The deck, expansive lawn and firepit allow for ample r&r and observation of the bird life. The bedrooms are luxurious and kitchen is well equipped. Highly recommend!

Modesc Timboon is a stunning and quiet place to stay. My partner and I had a wonderful time. Anya & Shaun were extremely hospitable and made sure we had a comfortable stay!

A clean, comfortable, modern oasis perfectly located for the hiking, biking and exploring that we were looking to do in and around the beautiful township of Timboon and surrounds. Anya the owner was always responsive and helpful to all our questions. Will definitely be going back to this little treasure.

Absolutely stunning property with everything you need close by to make it the perfect weekend getaway. My husband & I stayed this weekend for a getaway before our bub arrives and couldnt have asked for a better stay. The accomodation is perfect, so modern & clean, perfect for a couple, family or even 2 families. The town is just stunning so quiet with plenty to do, endless options for food, drinks at the distillery and ice cream for dessert! Could not recommend the friday night dinner options from Fat Cow - delicious. All round a beautiful stay and one we will be back for many times over!

A 6-star gem in the townshio of Timboon. A well-appointed cabin, tastefully decorated and furnished, with every city modcon provided, including great water pressure, induction cooktop, capsule coffee machine, luxurious king and double beds. Quality appliiances and fittings, it was a joy to knives that cut and pegs that pegged. A wonderful end to our roadtrip, waking up to the silence of the Timboon surrounds. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at the gorgeous Modesc. The idea of inhabiting a shipping container had us intrigued and we couldn’t wait to experience it. Our creative & food juices flowed as we explored this lovely part of country Victoria. This little piece of heaven, perfectly located in the township of Timboon, was just what we needed, so thoughtfully appointed and well designed. Excellent communication paired with luxury accommodation won points with us!

It was good. However, in the photos online and on airbnb the building looks so much bigger. Keep that in mind!
