Roundhouse Motel - Peterborough

Location is ideal in quiet setting and very easily accessed. Service is excellent and the room facilities are really good. We have enjoyed our stay here and thoroughly recommend this motel. Special mention to the dining and meals, wow, well worth it. Definite 5 stars. Fantastic country motel and refreshingly clean. Cheers.

We stayed here because we couldn't book into our usual motel. What a great surprise! Hidden gem! Room was great! Shower was the best! Meal at restaurant was the best we have had between WA & NSW return. Staff friendly & helpful! Will stay their again on our trips over. Highly recommended!!

Stayed here overnight while travelling from WA to QLD. Reception were super friendly and were super welcoming of myself and my doggie companion. My dog can be sensitive to the environment so she tends to stress quite easily but from the moment she arrived she was care free and relaxed. Reception went out of their way to give her left over meat as a snack. Rooms were clean and tidy and very “homey”.

Quaint, country dining room with very friendly staff and delicious, well cooked and nicely presented meals...only went for dinner, so can't say about the rooms.

The manager Katiana gave me the keys to a very cozy room! She is a true professional, a master of her craft and a hard worker!!

It is a pity that I can not stay for a long time in this hotel and in this beautiful city)

Amazing old fashioned country service. The lady on reception couldn't do enough to help on check in or while serving in the restaurant. Thebcurry carrots in the salad bar were amazing. However, I reckon the motel room walls could do with some sound deadening after being woken up by the couple in the next room going at it all night. Luckily my truck had to idle for 10 mins in front of their room at 5am the next morning 😉

We are travelling and staying at rv Park was recommended by local chemist for a meal
We had the snitzel which was so beautiful, but we could have had another 2 people the meals are huges well worth the visit from Hervey Bay Qld

Had a wonderful stay here for new years. A very warm welcome from Karen at reception and walking distance to the pub where we met lots of friendly locals to bring in the new year. Tidy rooms and our cat definitely loved her air-conditioned stay! Thankyou very much, I look forward to the next time I find myself in Peterborough!

Restraunt I can highly recommend for a bush motel and I'm a hard marker this is a good place to stay and an excellent place to eat

The food was fantastic, the accomodation was great and the staff were warm and welcoming. Great value, we were pleasantly surprised. Would recommend!!

Was part of a bus tour. Great Vegie bar with meal. Breakfast spread was amazing. Need to supply more milk in rooms, altho I was quickly given more when I asked. Comfy bed and friendly service.

Large room for up to 3 people, bathroom was dated but functional, AC was a little noisy to leave on and keep the room warm over night but it did a great job when it was on.

It was a last minute decision to stay here but extremely pleased that we did. Katie was so accommodating and friendly and did everything with a big smile…

Everything way above our expectations. Great size well presented room with comfortable bedding. Even though all family rooms were booked, owner went above & beyond in making up a bed for our daughter. We ate at the restaurant & were treated to delicious meals, cooked to perfection. All staff were extremely friendly & welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay a pleasurable
experience. Highly recommended.

This is the most understated motel, not looking anything out of the ordinary, but it is really fantastic! The rooms are roomy, comfortable and clean. There is plenty of room for parking. The bed was extremely comfortable - and big! The staff are very friendly and helpful. It was a cold night when we stayed there, but with the air-conditioner and the column oil heater and the electric blanket, we were really cosy. We have no hesitation in recommending this motel. It also has a restaurant, and the food there is a whole story in itself - but it is fantastic. The flavours and presentation - wow.

Dined at their restraunt, Chicken schnitzel just great, best I've ever had. Recommend five stars!!!!
