Caring staff who had the safety of their residents in mind

The surrounding environment of the nursing home is very good, the air is very fresh, and the owner of the nursing home is also very good.

A good stepping stone for someone needing some help in their daily life

It is good place ok

I think Karinya S.R.S is a suitable place for the local residents who need mental health medicine care service, food, laundry accommodation service. If someone have more concerns, just need to talk with the manager who would try him best to support the person.

As a Supported Residential Service it's ok. However more staff are needed that speak English more fluently. Hard to locate staff when needed. Large common areas such as dining area, sitting lounge area near main entrance and larger general lounge and games area. Small rooms. Assorted outdoor seating areas. Smokers areas. Regular room cleaning for residents needed as residents have diminished capacity to do so for themselves ..hence why they live there. Heating and cooling would be an issue in main common areas due to size. Not enough staff to provide adequate care to residents.

As a visitor it is a shame to see the condition this respite home has fallen to. Hopefully it will improve in time.

Never again some people rude nasty horrible to be with you know who you are and the food is bad I would not feed to the animals and thlere five animals living people which I won't name are living there

Extremely disheartened in the lack of duty of care. Treated my mother who has dementia so poorly. Left her unattended outside a hospital. Do not send your loved ones here

48 hours later won’t even return my calls now my mother is a missing person

7 months later they never bothered to return calls from any of my mothers care team. And yet liked my review. I would not recommend this place for anyone’s loved ones. Should be shut down

I was a former resident at this joke of a facility, I was treated very badly by the manager, Not food cooked perfectly and it gets dish up to you cold and he gives you the wrong medication if your not careful he does not stick to your diet . Place is. Fillty and dirty to where I would not put any one in there i would suggest you go some where Elise because you get ripped off and he sells chopps

Horror, shock & absolute disgust, when you have been sent to recover & recoup from a major operation. Environment not conducive for recovery & is no nursing home. Doesn’t rate at all.

Srs? Or a place to leave drug affected people.
Clearly no duty of care for the "residents" who are continuously causing issues in a small county town

So hurt by the impact of this SRS, just in tears everyday to see how disgusting this place is!
