The mechanics at did a fantastic job fixing my car promptly and efficiently. I was back on the road in no time, and my car has been running smoothly ever since. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the quality of work they provided.

This business works on the premise of keeping the customer waiting for whatever time it suits them and charge as much as they can get away with for substandard service

I recently took my 2010 Mini in to replace a leaking water pump. I was told a new water pump that they ordered would arrive the following day but in fact it took 3 days

They also charged me over $600 to fit it!

(If you U tube the replacement for this part it shows it’s a 45 min Total labour time ……..when and if you know what you’re doing)
I returned to the garage and they looked at it the moment I returned the car for “Water Leaking again” and told me the water transfer tube had blown and needed replacement. It then took 6 days to order the part, Knowing there was a upcoming holiday !!!!  What they could have done was ordered the part that night to speed up the repair and not wait for weekends and Public holiday to pass before ordering the part and this turned into a 6 day wait before they even ordered the part.

I was assured AGAIN after I went in to find out why the part was not ordered and they actually ordered it while I was waiting, that it would arrive the following day when it took 2 days and they also assured me that they would fit it as soon as the part arrives. I had to ring to find out if the part arrived and was told that it had and would be fitted that day. Half hour later they rang to advise me that they would not be able to fit the part until late the following day and when I asked what happened to fitting it as soon as it arrived as promised, their response was Quote “ I do not have to even communicate with you so I am just giving you a heads up of what is going to happen”.

They also charged me $700 just to fit this part!

They think that it is acceptable to not only deliberately mislead their customers on lead times of replacement parts when they decide when it suits them to actually order them but also treat them with contempt while charging outrageous prices for their labour because they think they can get away with it

For a problem that should have taken no more than 3 days to repair with a reasonable labour cost of $400, I was without my vehicle for 12 days and charged me $1,300 in labour!

I certainly will not be using this business again, however if you have very deep pockets, have all the time in the world and like to be treated with contempt, feel free to try your luck."

I recently had a disappointing experience with Yarrawonga's customer service. It felt like their focus was solely on financial transactions, and I was left feeling undervalued as a customer. I believe businesses should prioritize customer satisfaction over profit.
