We chanced upon this lovely reserve and walk looking for somewhere to pull up and have something to eat. The signage was confusing, one sign saying it was 1.4 klm then next saying 2.8klms. 1.4klm one way, 2.8klm round trip. What a lovely place. Walking along the Goulburn River to the naturally air conditioned overhang and indigenous meeting place. Very interesting geological features.

Having read an old piece of information, we nearly didn't go. I am so glad we did. There was good signage, parking for 3 coaches, 2 caravans and plenty for cars. The toilets were clean. There were lots of picnic space. The walks were well done, although they did get a bit rough in places. It was beautiful and well worth the effort.

Lovely place to go for a walk and enjoy all it has to offer, even in the dry when the drip is very small. Great place to have a picnic lunch

Really beautiful walk. An easy 20-25 minutes walk with the family. One of the nicest short walks I’ve done. On a hot day it is bliss. A really nice place to paddle with the kids

I've been coming to the region for decades but this was my first time visiting The Drop and I loved it. The hike is pretty easy and views are great. Would recommend bringing swimmers with you so you can enjoy a swim at The Drip which is a very refreshing

Absolutely beautiful! Spectacular! Make sure you stop and read the info boards along the way. This place is 220 million years old with layers and layers of rock. Not an easy walk but not hard. Definitely need your joggers on.

The drip near Ulan NSW is such a beautiful place. The gorge there is known to be 220 million years old. Many native animals are likely to be seen. Glad to have it as part of my personal history ☺

Visited for a second time. It's a beautiful, easy walk to the Gorge! Trail is in great condition even with the recent floods.
Work is being completed to upgrade/maintain the trail but doesn't affect the walk.

If you are in the area this is a must do!!

Gorgeous Gorge walk with plenty of wow moments.

Be aware there are heaps of stairs, some small and rocky, some made of railway sleepers and some nicely formed ones.

The stone formations, colours, birds and water is all worth the walk.

Awesome quick hike for families and those able to negotiate stairs. 2.8km for the complete trip to the Drip and back. Beautiful walk through nature. Sign posts along the way and information boards. Would recommend for any family looking for a stroll. A few picnic tables at the beginning.

Simply amazing. I've seen a fair bit of the bush, but this place is beyond anything I expected. Fairly easy walk, but this is not a boardwalk, it's a bush track with some tricky sections. Should only need a bottle of water and decent footwear to do this walk. When you make it to the end you'll see why this place is so special and needs to be preserved. There is toilets at the start of the track, USE THEM, some signs of people getting cought out in the track is just a shameful thing for such a beautiful place.

A must see natural attraction. It's an easy walk from the car park to The Drip which is an interesting example of what happens if you have enough water, rock and millions of years on your hands. Worthy of your time to see it

This is very well kept. Toilets are clean and there is some lovely spots for picnics. Although the flow of the Gorge wasn’t happening on my visit, it is still a very nice and easy walk. Great for a family outing.

Very easy and casual walk along the Goulburn River. It will take you 25 min one-way, double if you take pictures. Well worth the walk to arrive at the drip itself. Ideal spot to cool off and have a picnic on summer!

It's so isolated and ancient. Fantastic Gorge and river systems in one place. We'll designed car park and eco toilet. Take water and lunch there. Fantastic place. Also saw a domestic Little Red Hen foraging in the undergrowth way out there. Gave her some rye bread. I suspect she hangs around the safe car park. Lillian

Beautiful spot, well worth the walk which isn't too hard, I had a 5 and 8 year old with me, no complaints from them. Path was slightly damaged towards the end but very manageable to navigate around it - Euge recommended
