Tiaro Tourist StopOver

Extremely clean, all you need for a night or two to cook and relax. Super easy/smooth check-in and check-out. It was actually a great surprise as we generally do not stop for an 8 hours trip but it made the last leg to Yeppoon the day after way more enjoyable. Excellent value.

Stayed just the 1 night, cabins are absolutely spotless, owner Tony seems to take pride in his little gem of just 6 cabins which makes it unique.

Could not fault the cabin no3 it was immaculately clean, even had towels on bed ends with shower gel plus mini chocs in fridge.

Do not hesitate if thinking of going as you will be well pleased.

Only Neg I can give and its not really a Neg or anything to do with the park or Tony is that can be a tad noisy with trucks rumbling through Tiaro into early hours but nothing earplugs wouldn't fix.

Well done Tony you are a credit to this industry and more should follow in your footsteps looking after accommodation the way you do.

Will def stay again next time that way.

This would have to be one if the most cleanest and comfortable places I have stayed in, the room was immaculate, close to the shops and pub for dinner I couldnt fault anything about our accommodation.

This is hands down the cleanest, best appointed cabin accommodation. We have stayed twice here and it never disappoints. Comfy beds, air conditioning, TV, fully equiped camp kitchen hell there’s even an outdoor spa pool. Nice meals at pub within walking distance. Owner Tony obviously takes great pride in given travellers a 5 star experience. Bravo !

Such a great spot, our second time staying. So relaxing, cabins are great & clean. It’s such a relaxing spot. Tony is amazing and was so accommodating. Love that it’s pet friendly and Tony was so welcoming of our dog and made sure we had everything we need.

Loved staying here, the rooms were sparkling clean and it had everything you could need. BBQ and Laundry facilities were fantastic. A little home away from home. The disability room was great and accessible for me as I’m in a wheelchair. We will definitely be back next time we visit Queensland. Thanks Tony.

For a very reasonable price for myself and my pup I was expecting very average accommodation but was so surprised at what I found. Friendly, easy going service, a spacious, extremely clean/well presented room with everything I could possibly need. Was so pleasantly surprised by this little gem! Thanks so much! 🥰

This place was SPARKLING CLEAN! It had all of the amenities you could want. It was such a sight for sore eyes. Hot shower, good water pressure, clean towels and a clean bed. Spacious for a cabin, has aircon too. It can fit 4 people easily. I will definitely be staying here again, but next time with the kids probably. You could hear the highway but it is not a big deal whatsoever. Definitely recommend as a highway stopover for tired drivers in need of a good rest.

AMAZING! We stayed here as our last accomodation fell through for the first night. No regrets! The place was clean and had absolutely EVERYTHING we need - like everything! Meat from the local butcher on the BBQ tea was delicious. We wish we had more time to enjoy the place!

Impeccably clean and tidy room, small touches made it feel so homely like colourful bed linen, accessory pillows, fluffy bath mats, heaps of kitchen utensils. Perfect amount of space, not a crowded room and it had everything we needed. The owner met us outside reception and helped us park a troublesome trailer, van and motorbike. We felt very welcomed here and will stay here again if we are coming back through.

Exceptionally well equipped cabins. Can accommodate a family of 4. The cabin was extremely clean along with the BBQ area, which was also really well equipped. Price is really affordable and Tony is a great host. All amenities are provided along with some complimentary treats which really make you feel welcome. The swim spa works perfectly, providing an opportunity to chill on a hot evening or to do some light exercise, if you feel so. Perfect stopover spot for a trip. Short walk to Pub and food store. We’ve spent 6 nights here to explore the area.

Had an amazing experience here! The cabins were so big and clean... absolutely exceeded our expectations considering the price was so cheap! Tony is very easy going and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend to all friends and family.

Stopover was brilliant, in fact, better than expected. There is some road noise at night, but if that doesn't bother you, or you're happy to wear ear plugs, then it's perfect.

Great location and space for a family. Great cooking facilities.

It is a great place there is 6 cabins all family friendly and one is wheelchair accessible.
Ken was delight to deal with.
We are here for 2 days and will be back again for sure.
