We have been coming here for many many years.a respectful team of Drs that put 150% of their care towards our beloved corgiX. They show their upmost care on every visit and making sure all aspects are met towards her health. Bambi is now 14 years and suffers rear legs arthritis but thanks to the correct medication she was placed on she doesn't show the signs of pain and loves to be near our side as she's munched loved
Thankyou to all the care again and the staff at the front that also show their welcoming friendliness towards Bambi.this practice is Always highly recommended . I would suggest those that seek a professional veterinary of high care, and friendly welcoming towards you and your loved pets that to give walkerville veterinary a go and see for yourself. Both our dogs have been regular patients of Dr Johann for many years now, although Ziggy is by far the repeat visitor with his own specific breed issues. We are very happy with the professional, honest, friendly and efficient service we always receive and would not go to any other veterinarian. From the lovely reception nurses, Dr Johann and of course Andrew. I have never met any of the surgeons but all procedures back of house have always been wonderful too. Thank you, keep up the good work !

Walkerville Vet practice is absolutely outstanding! We started taking out young rescue puppy here in January, as we had heard good things about the practice. Dr Andrew Spanner is extremely knowledgeable, very genuine, and also transparent in his decision making regarding treatments. He not only treats your dog, but it also feels like he is educating you about it as you go. He has even written a very informative blog on the Walkerville Vet website, which is a treasure trove of information about all kinds of subjects, a lot of them things you never knew you even needed to know. The other staff are also lovely! Because of my pup's background, he can be a bit fearful, but one of the staff members in particular is always very friendly and patient with him, and gives him some treats, which makes him much happier and a lot more comfortable when he comes in. Now the first thing he does when he comes in is look for her around the counter!

I also can't recommend the Puppy Pre-School run by Susanne enough. She is incredibly experienced, knowledgeable, patient and goes above and beyond to help you give your puppy the best start!

Overall, very glad this vet was recommended to me!

A few times we have needed to call on Walkerville Vet to provide veterinarian care to our Toy Poodle, Harry, who is one of the family and very loved. We have always found the staff to be friendly and caring. Our family have complete faith in the veterinarians and staff. More recently we nearly lost Harry and if it was not for Andrew (Vet) we would have certainly lost him. If it was not for his experience Harry would not be with us today. Five stars is not enough to reflect our appreciation.

I've been going to Dr Andrew's clinic for over seven years with all of my dogs (past and present). He understands I want to do the right thing by my dogs and is a very honest vet which I truly appreciate. During financial hardships, Dr Andrew has been very understanding and helpful which I'm so grateful for. Thank you to Dr Andrew and his team. My dogs also love coming to see Dr Johann who is very thorough and caring, we always have a laugh.

We have always had the best care at Walkerville Vet, we wouldn't take Tilly anywhere else. She can be a bit of a stress head at times and struggles around other dogs, but from our first visit everyone has been patient and wonderful with her. Despite now being an older girl, Tilly is in the best shape of her life, and we have no doubt this is due to their excellent advice along the way. Thanks Andrew and the team!

I personally have only been twice but my cat Freddy has come here three times, twice for yearly check ups and once for an at home accident. After we had a little mishap at home where Freddy caused some damage to his nails I brought him in the next day where he was seen and looked after effectively, I’m a very anxious pet parent and the vets and staff have explained things in detail and have always put my mind at ease. Communication with these guys has always been amazing, from changing my cats info all to my name after a break up to keeping me updating with the vaccination shortages they’ve been nothing but amazing. I was also very anxious to try a new vet after moving to the area (was very willing to make the 1.5 hour drive to see our old vet) but they’ve made the whole transition very comfortable and I’m glad I gave them a go.

Best veterinary practice I have encountered! Their professionalism, communication & compassion are excellent. They are on top of new/emerging procedures, flexible with treatment options & take the necessary time to ensure the best care and outcome possible for our cherished furry family members. Cannot recommend them too highly :) PS - Dr. Andrew's Blogs on the website are extremely helpful & informative too!

These guys were awesome with our dog regarding price and service to do a teeth clean. Another vet clinic wanted to charge 6 x the price and use more intrusive measures.

Andrew and the team are amazing. Andrew is honest and forthright in his communication, and provides evidence-based recommendations as needed. Cannot speak higher of the clinic and staff.

Our cat was diagnosed with a previously 100% fatal (until late 2020) disease but Dr Andrew is up to date with all the latest treatments and has been invaluable to our little guy's recovery. He is now thriving and I wouldn't trust my pets with anyone else.

I have a great experience in here. My dog ​​needs dental surgery, which is more expensive in other vets, but in here Dr. Andrew gave me a very reasonable price and the reception staff kept calling me to report the latest situation during the surgery. Dr. Andrew is very responsible person. I trust his clinical decision for my dog, but sometimes the attitude of the reception staffs are unfriendly and needs to be improved!

Had an annual health check for my cat with Dr Andrew Spanner and the lovely team at Walkerville Vet today. Have been with them since 2018 and would recommend them without hesitation. They are incredibly professional and genuine people who do know what they are doing. Thank you guys! Healthy cat and happy owners.
