The Dorrigo Town House B&B

Lovely peaceful, well equipped BnB. Everything thought of to make stay comfortable. Excellent friendly hosts. I could have happily moved in 😅. Couldn't recommend higher.

One of my favourite Airbnb's I've stayed in! Everything from the little touches to the care and hospitality from Nick and Lainey. We didn't know what to expect when we arrived but so so glad we stayed here. The room has a warm rustic energy to it that makes it feel like home. The room comes with an Alexa, an airfryer, a Firestick, a very comfy bed, and a thought out guest book with great recommendations of nearby sights. The nearest place for dinner is the Heritage which can be packed so book in advance. Other options for food are in Bellingen, a 30ish min drive.

I was blown away when I saw my accomodation with Nick and Lainey. The room was prepared by having the room slightly heated, essential oils misting and relaxation music playing. It was like entering my own personal retreat. I was gobsmacked with the kitchenette facilities - so many different types of teas, hot chocolate, coffee machine, muesli, fresh eggs, fresh yogurt, milk bread and sourdough bread. The room has many personal touches that make you feel like you are right at home - books, a guitar, games, colouring books, an Echo dot player - which you can ask to play any music, get the weather report, set alarms etc. + a tv with the most extensive movie collection I have ever seen. The room has a big cosy bed which was very comfortable, air con to stay cosy, and a charming little courtyard with fairy lights and some pushbikes which you are welcome to borrow. Lovely fresh mountain water to drink from the tap and shower. Dorrigo is a charming little town with much natural beauty - it can appear to be quite quiet but Nick and Lainey are fantastic hosts and will give you so many recommendations on local events, markets, restaurants, cafes, nurseries and gardens. As a single female traveller I felt so safe and welcomed by my hosts which are wonderful people. 'The Dorrigo Townhouse' is also the home of 'Dorrigo Massage' by Lainey - do yourself a favour and book into this one early to make sure you get a booking or two for your stay - Lainey is a very gifted therapist. I can't say enough good things about my stay here and would highly recommend staying here to everyone :) :) :)

Lainey and Nick are the perfect Hosts. The room is delightfully comfortable with the best bed I've slept on. The kitchenette had everything I needed. Great location. Close to everything. I will definitely be back !!!!
