Where to begin? No bus at promised time? No response to numerous calls? Finally to receive the notification that they wouldn’t provide a bus that had been paid for in advance?Absolute disgrace from a company that took money under false promises, then held to ransom a wedding party consisting of 52 guests.Thank goodness linq came to the rescue with a professional, no fuss approach to the situation, and delivered said wedding party to the venue, within approximately an hour of the situation unfolding.

One star is being generous, considering the only experience I have is of the company cancelling our bus the day of our booking to take us to a wedding and not letting us know. It resulted in the wedding being pushed back an hour. DO NOT BOOK.

I was a bridesmaid in a wedding yesterday and with 1 hour until ceremony time we were told that the guests hadn't left yet as the bus hadn't arrived. The driver wouldn't answer any calls and when asked in a text message if he was still coming the reply was "no", after another dozen or so unanswered calls he finally answered and said I'm not coming and hung up.

The bride & groom (and everyone else) were distraught, as they should be. The ceremony had to be pushed back 1.5 hours until alternate arrangements could be made which then impacted everything from photo lighting, cost of vendors having to stay longer and the list goes on.

I could continue but it's simple - do not book this company, your signed paperwork and payment means nothing. 😡😡😡😡

0 stars if I could. Absolutely disgusting service from this company. The actions of this business had the potential to ruin one of the most important days of someone's life. Luckily enough another company was stepped up to the plate after this guy pulled the pin at the very last minute. DO NOT USE!
