BCU Bank Dorrigo Branch

I moved my accounts to BCU as I found it convenient to have a branch and ATM in town. They also offered a lower interest rate for my mortgage. Amanda has been extremely helpful in getting the process started.

After becoming fed up with the lack of service from my old bank (one of the big 4) I recently moved everything to BCU. Cale and the team made it very easy to set up accounts for my kids, our household, a high interest saver and I also got some good advice about their term deposits. Their interest rates are very good for savings and their home loan rates are excellent.
So far I've been very happy with the switch.

Very convenient & welcome to have ATM & friendly old style over the counter banking transaction & enquiy services available in Dorrigo & not just in capital cities! Further BCU Bank moniters customer accounts for any 'suspicious' activity, is 'quick' to lock the account in question & alert the account holder. Thank you BCU Bank.

Amanda is very helpful in setting an account and knowledgeable of what she does. Very pleased with her service. Since i was set, most of my transactions are online.

It is SO GOOD to have a local branch in our little country town! The staff are lovely but above all there's a real person there in front of you to help you through complicated stuff or when things go wrong. No substitute for bricks and mortar, actual human faces!

We have had excellent service from this branch with all sorts of changes to our accounts and always a friendly welcome. We appreciate having such a good bank in our small town.

I have been always treated kindly, never had problems with Dorrigo branch.
