Dan from Clear Line Building has completed a number of jobs for us, most recently a technically difficult renovation which required engineering plans and a DA. The job was executed perfectly, due to Dan's careful planning and meticulous work. We couldn't be happier with the result, and best of all, the price was fair and reasonable. Also, Dan and his offsider Jesse are both really lovely guys, who are very easy to deal with, and communicate well. Would 100% recommend Clear Line Building, and we will definitely use them again.

We hired Clear Line Building & Carpentry to construct a front fence on our property. Daniel listened to our needs and was very prompt in getting the job underway. Dane replaced our Pool Deck. Both the subframe and decking top as well as replace two landing areas on our back stairs to a very high standard. We are very pleased with his workmanship and professional consultation both before and during construction.
